Chapter 7 - Operation 'The Date'

Your house

A whole week and some passed since the moment of Bellona's and mine confrontation. Smith wanted to go on a date with me earlier but I had to get everything in my life together, including making sure Bellona have everything she needs and spending some time with other girls to make sure she'll get used to more people than just me.

I dressed in my best jeans, t-shirt and put on a leather jacket. I went downstairs to see girls talking so I tried sneaking past them to the corridor but it's hard with a wolf's hearing...

Bellona : (Y/N)? Where are you going?

(Y/N) : Smith wants a date for exchange of not reporting you for what you did...

Kina : But you didn't hold it against her and made sure that nothing will leave ever leak out of the house about it...?

(Y/N) : Because she left me a few scars and if matched with hers she'd be in trouble... Take care! I'll be back by the evening with food for you! ...Also make sure Persi won't drink coffee!

I left and pulled out my car keys. I stepped in it and drove to where the card was saying. It was nice enought of her that she at least left me an adress to her place, it would be pain in the ass otherwise and I'd probably didn't even show up... Nope, she's too much set on my ass to get it herself to not do such an important thing.

I drove up to the adress and stopped. I walked out of my car and up to the front door. I was about knock on the door but it opened and Smith appeared with a smirk. She leaned over to me and kissed me on the cheek before closing the door and smirking towards me. She's wearing jeans, hoodie and white shirt... throught which I can notice her dark bra...

Kuroka : Where will you take me for a date~?

(Y/N) : Since we're both wearing normal clothes how about a walk in the park?

Kuroka : But you have car.

(Y/N) : I'll plan on using it later on, as for now let's get going!

She wrapped her arms around my own and I led her to the park. We joked about other pairs walking around and how cliche we look being like that. She continue to talk with me until she spotted a pair hugging a small girl who looked a lot like both parents before running off to play with others a bit to the side. I saw her deep in thoughts...

(Y/N) : Everything's okay? You suddenly got silent after seeing the kid...?

Kuroka : I'm older than you (Y/N) and you have more time and bunch of girls who love you... I'm an agent of gouverment with only my parents relatives and slowly getting old...

(Y/N) : You're afraid to be left alone?

Kuroka : Well, I have my parents who're still alive but... Well, they're looking for a husband for me without my approval. They're just scared that I'll end up as old lady with cats. Can you imagine me like that? It looks so stupid.

(Y/N) : So, did they found someone?

Kuroka : A few. I turned all of them down.

(Y/N) : Why? You wouldn't be alone if you were to do that.

Kuroka : However beautiful that sounds I just want someone with who I can easily communicate and who's partialy in my work so I'll have a lot of contact with them.

(Y/N) : Someone like me?

Kuroka : *Giggling* We have a winner. Besides you're handsome and have something in the head, maybe you'd be a perfect father too if Bellona finished her deed! Heh, I'm kidding~!

(Y/N) : Now you're making this up just to put more stress on me and laugh at me more!

Kuroka : I don't lie about that matter, (Y/N). I'd be VERY happy if you were to come with me to visit my parents some time in the future! They don't belive me that I can find a boyfriend of my own, let alone marry and have kids!

(Y/N) : So is it because of the feelings for me? Because you want them to leave you alone? Because you want to have some kind of revenge on them and prove your point?

Kuroka : All of the above!

She answered before chuckling and leaning forward before planting a small kiss on my cheek. Her arms sneaking around my neck before she's grasping my head and pulling my head down to her level and kissing me on the lips. At least no one was walking by or staring in our direction while we were making out.

Kuroka : Besides I can pay up for the time you'll spend on me~

She winked making me blush a bit before chuckling as she once again wrapped her arms around my own and we went on with our date. We visited a shop where she bought ( for my money ) a pair of bracelets. One for me and one for her. Who'd have thought that Smith is actually kinda softie and into getting matching things... That changes my view on her!

After eating some ice creams we returned to her house where my car was. She raised her eyebrow once I invited her to get in. She did and I start the engine before driving off. She kept on asking me where we're going but I just answered that it's a surprise. We stopped not too far from city near forest and I helped Smith get up the hill.

Once we reached the top her eyes widen at the view of the whole city basking in the light of setting sun while I smiled at her face. It's good to be able to surprise some who's mostly surprising you and bringing in more responsibilities.

Kuroka : ...Hey (Y/N)...

(Y/N) : Yeah?

Kuroka : Despite being annoying and bringing in troubles for you... I love you, you know?

(Y/N) : Heh, yeah I know. I love you too... 

Kuroka : Can we spend more time like this?

(Y/N) : Of course, come here.

I put my arm around her and hug her close to me before kissing her forehead and spending some time like that, in each other's arms...
