Meeting of lifetime(Part 2)

*Levi's POV*

I'm in the kitchen and I hear the doorbell ring. My mom shouts "I'll get it", from the living room. I hear the door open and my mom starts talking to someone. All of a sudden I hear the sweetest, softest voice and it's honestly music to my ears. "Who is it, mom", I ask her. I don't hear an answer so I walk into the living room to see my mom standing with the most beautiful woman I've ever seen in my life. I freeze right in my tracks. I have to catch my breath due to how beautiful this girl is. I'm at a loss for words.

*Danielle's POV*

My heart stops beating for a split second and then I snap back to reality as I hear Mrs. Mitchell's voice. "Levi, this is Danielle. She's our new neighbor". I smile at him and contain my excitement. "Nice shirt", he says. Both of us laugh and he extends his hand. I shake it and thank him for the compliment. The second my hand touches his I feel an immediate spark. It was something completely new to me. I felt a shiver down my spine. We were there for what felt like forever before his mom spoke up again. "So who's ready for dinner"? We all walk into the kitchen and sit down at the table. I hear the door open and an even deeper voice say, "I'm home". "Hey dad", Levi says getting up to hug his father and that's when I realize that he was the cab driver from earlier. He looks at me and smiles. "Hey I remember you", he tells me. "You do", Mrs. Mitchell asks. He nods his head and says, "Yep, I drove her in my cab earlier". "Don't you live right next door", he asks. I nod my head as Mr. Mitchell shakes my hand. "This is Danielle", Levi says with a smile on his face. "Nice to formally meet you", I say quietly. "Danielle, honey you don't have to be so shy", Levi's mom says. "Why don't you show my dad your totally awesome shirt", Levi says. I stand up and show his dad my "Proud Levite" shirt and he smiles widely. "So Levi, how does it feel to have one of your fans living next door," his mom asks. "It feels pretty darn great", Levi says smiling at me. I smile back and then look down as I feel my cheeks getting hotter by the second. Levi and his dad sit down and a timer dings. "Dinner's ready", Levi's mom says walking over to the oven. She opens the oven and pulls my out my favorite food in the entire world, enchiladas. My eyes widen and I hear Levi chuckle. "Like enchiladas I'm guessing", he asks me. I laugh and nod. "May I get something to drink", I ask. "Of course you may, honey thank you for asking", Levi's mom says. I walk over to the fridge and grab a cream soda. "Anyone else want anything while I'm up," I offer. "I'll have a bottle of water", Levi says. I grab one of the bottles of water and hand it to him. When he grabs it he unknowingly touches my hand and again I feel that spark from earlier. I wonder if he feels it too.

*Levi's POV*

Danielle is honestly one of the most amazing women I've ever met. She's beautiful inside and out. She offers to get me and my family a drink and I tell her I want a water bottle. When I grab it from her hand I feel a spark. The exact same spark from when I first met her earlier. I wonder if she feels it too.

*Normal POV*

After everything is set up we all sit down at the table. With their family being religious as I am also I don't start eating right away. "I think we should have our special dinner guest say Grace don't you agree", Levi's mom says. Levi and his dad both nod their heads in agreement. I close my eyes and bow my head.

"Father God, we come to You tonight thanking you for the wonderful meal that has been placed in front of us. We also thank You for the roofs over our heads and the clothes on our back. Father God we also thank You for the chance to meet new people and for new beginnings. We pray this in Jesus name, Amen." "Amen", the Mitchell family says. "That was beautiful, Danielle", Levi says. I smile and begin eating my meal. My heart is still beating very fast. I'm so glad to have met the Mitchell family.
