~When Sans Gets Sick~
---

You yawned as you stretched in bed. You looked over at your clock and found it five. You smiled and got up.

You quietly walked out and was about to go downstairs when you heard a large groan. You froze and listened. It was coming from Sans's room.

You tiptoed over to his door and put your head to the door.

"What am I going to do? The Boss will come in, make me go to work. And if (Y/N) Sees me she'll freak out and stand up for me. Then the Boss will probably punish her for standing up for me! Come on, Sans... Think!" You heard someone whisper.

You didn't think and lightly knocked on his door.

"Sans? What are you doing up? C-Can I come in?" You asked, low.

You heard a large gasp and sighed. "N-No! Don't come in!" You heard a rush and quickly reached for the doorknob and tried to turn it.

You were halfway when it jammed. "Sans! Can I come in, please!?" You asked again.

"No! (Y/N), I'm fine. Say, why are you up?" Sans asked, suspicion rising.

"This is not about me! It's about you! Sans, what are you not telling me?" You asked, softer.

Sans was quiet. You waited patiently.

"Nothing. Go away."

"Sans-"

"GO!" You heard something break inside and fell back in surprise.

"Sans! Don't be so loud! The Boss will wake up!" You whisper shouted.

"Go away..." Sans repeated.

"Fine. I'll go. I need to do something anyway. Bye, bro." You huffed and walked to the stairs, standing on the top step and making it sound like you were walking down.

You tiptoed back to Sans's door and hid behind it. You heard the knob turn and silently watched it open. Sans stepped out and looked over the railing the best he could to see the door.

You growled and grabbed Sans, throwing him back in his room. He groaned and looked up at you. He expression looked tired, but soft. His face looked heated from the red that was around his cheeks.

You stepped inside, sniffing a cry. "Why don't you trust me, Sans? What's wrong? You look sick!" You said, on the edge of tears.

It hurt you that your oldest brother didn't trust you. It hurt when he tried to hide this from you.

Sans looked away. He knew he couldn't hide his sickness anymore.

"Sis, I... I'm sorry... I should have told you..." Sans said, sorry.

You shook. "I-I just don't... I don't understand... Why doesn't anyone trust me? I thought my brothers did, but... But I guess you don't..." You felt tears fall and wiped them away.

"Sis, I am so sorry, I trust you! I-I do! It's just-"

"No! This is not about me! This is about you! You can't go to work, sick! I won't go to-nevermind. I will care for you, okay?" You said, walked to your brother and hugging him tightly.

Sans chuckled. "Alright... Fine... F-Fine...."
