Naruto POV after he woke up in the hospital.

"He's flat lining hurry" a medical ninja yelled.

"What the fuck he was breathing a second ago"
Another yelled

"Shut the fuck up and get the kit his stitches are opening back up" the first yelled.

"Go get tsunade now" a new voice shouted. Have you ever when your in the hospital thought it was boring so you pretended to stop breathing. Just for the fun of it wait fir the tears then start your heart beat again. Well i have and am currently doing that.

"What the hell save him if you don't im gonna kill you"
Shizune barked out.

"Sorry ma'am" they said and started touching my body.

'Hey i call sexual assault' i screamed in my head

"Kit stop screaming you annoying brat and stop playing dead before i actually make you flat line"

"Is that a threat" i thought only to get snores.

"Kita i told you staples not stitches you dumb blonde" tsunade screamed i felt her place something cold above my chidori spot (i did the next part when i dropped a knife on my stomach)

I felt something pierce my skin. I sat up and swung.

"What the fuck that hurt you bitch" I screamed every one stared at me with wide relieved eyes. I look down and see a staple in my skin. I pull it out.

"Don't do that ever again" i told her. She nodded as every one else came out of their shock.

"Naruto uzumaki has been requested to a meeting regarding his future as a konoha shinobi with the civilian, elder and shinobi council meeting in 5 minutes one second later anbu will have you arrested" a root ninja said walking into the room.

"What" said tsunade and shizune.

' kit your gonna get banished for hurting sasuke' karuma said

'I know im going to break this idiot facade the second the decision has been signed' i stated i heard karuma mutter his approval.

4 minutes and 58 seconds left.

I walked through the door with tsunade and shizune. I loom to see jiraya and rookie nine along with the sensei and clan heads who are apart of the council.

"Lets get straight to the point." Said koharu as homura nodded.

"Naruto uzumaki for breaking the law and injuring the last uchiha your fate will be decided by these to see if you should be banished" danzo said.

"I say banished you injured your loyal team mate" said koharu putting in her two cents

"I agree" said danzo and homura

"I disagree the brat left the village and became a rouge all on his own" shikaku said

"I have to agree with shilaku the uchiha left on his own free will for power" hiashi said as hinata looked surprised.

"I say no" tsunade, jiriaya and shizune said.

"I say yes" said tsume, sakuras mom, and sakura

"Sakura what did naruto ever do to you" ino shouted.
