Random story ideas that I have and just thought of

Story idea#9

OK so this idea came from my dream I actually dreamt this and I thought it would be a good story.
In the story the world is underwater and the ones that survived are the ones that knew ahead of time that something was wrong and built houseboats for themselves and for at least a group of people to live with them. The story takes place before the world was submerged underwater. About a girl who had a vision of the world smirched underwater so she thought of a plan to save herself and her friends and family. They got supplies and someone to build their house boat but in fortunately during the process everybody thought she was crazy and her friends and family were crazy so they mocked her and made fun of her and called her crazy of course, but they then realized that she was not crazy and her friends were either and I think that she had said and sent in her dreams and her vision for true and were happening so everybody else try to do the same thing she was doing.

Now that I think about it I don't think this would be a good story but if anybody reads this and I hoping to that if any of you think this could be turned into a good story please tell me and if you want it just ask because I'm actually willing to give this up but please tell me if you think it's a good story cause I want to know if that would be a good story idea.
