"Hey, garden girl!" Zach says, shaking Ila. "You're alarm has been going off for the past ten minutes!"

Ila wakes up, stretching. "I fall asleep in the garden of the Johnson's one time..." I mumble, standing up. Ila was only in her black underwear and a white tank-top, but she has known Zach forever. They don't really care anymore.

"Wake up and get dressed," he throws a shirt and jeans at Ila. "Also, I washed your knife, I didn't know you hurt anyone last night," he adds. Oh yeah, he knew about the gang. He figured it out the second night she joined, about four years ago. That was also when Ila met Leo. Ah, good times.

"I didn't, but I saw a baby bird that fell out of the tree. It was in pain so I put it out of it's misery," She explains, peeling off her tank-top and putting on the Fall Out Boy t-shirt. Ila pulls on the black skinny jeans as he speaks.

"Oh, okay, just wonderin', also, mom wants to know what you want for dinner since it's your night to help," he hands me a brush as she finishes buttoning up her jeans.

"I would love to make beef stroganoff," Ila says, brushing her hair, walking into the bathroom.

"Of course you would," he combs through his hair, styling the blonde mop into kind of a swept aside look. He was one of the most popular people in the school, good grades, a good friend, and on a few sports teams. He's generally a good person, and a good reason why no one hurts Ila. The last time someone hit her back he got suspended for a month. So, even if someone could hurt Ila, they won't. Because they can get hurt by him.

"Hey, not my fault it's the best dish on Earth!" Ila begin brushing my teeth.

"Are you cheating on your tacos?" He asks, jokingly.

"Schch, don' t'll zhem" She replies, around her toothbrush.

"Haha, okay, I won't," he laughs, and begins brushing his own teeth as Ila finishes. She puts on eyeliner and he finishes brushing his teeth as Ila begins on her black lipstick. "You know, even without your hardcore make-up people still won't stand up to you. They're too scared of your best big brother ever!"

Ila finishes her lipstick, closing it and look over at him. "Yeah, I guess you're pretty good at being protective, but I think I look amazing."

"Okay," He replies. They make our way downstairs, each of them grabbing some toast and an apple before making their way to school.

They break apart as we reach the doors. He goes over to his friends and Ila makes her way to Mr. Jackenman's classroom. He was already there, reading something online, but because school hasn't officially started, only they were there. She strolls over to his desk and sits on it. "Hey, Mr. Jackenman," She says, grabbing his hand.

He looks up, smiling. "It feels as though I haven't seen you in years, although realistically it has only been hours," he replies, smoothly. "Oh, how I missed you." He kisses her cheek, knowing that he can't kiss Ila's lipstick covered lips. He stands up, grabbing her hips and places his face in my shoulder.

"Leo, class starts in five minutes, I need to get to my locker," Ila says, holding him around his shoulders.

"Oh, how I love being held in your arms, would you enjoy spending time with me on your lovely Saturday afternoon and evening, into the morning?" He asks.

"Yes of course my lovely Leo, how would I ever miss out on a chance to spend time with my love?"

"Well, for now you have a test in about 10 minutes!" He exclaims, letting go of her.

"Are you going to help me tonight so I don't have anything less then a 100?" Ila asks.

"No, that's illegal."

"That's never stopped you before!" Ila gives him no time to respond as she walks out of the room. She stops by her locker just to make it look like she needed to get her stuff. She keeps her bag in Leo's room anyways.

About halfway through Mr. Jackenman's class Harriet scoots over to sit next to Ila. "Don't you ever think that Mr. Jackenman is ungodly hot?"

"Harriet he is our teacher, while he is attractive calling him 'hot' is just plain disgusting!" As Ila is saying this Mr. Jackenman is close behind, but Harriet doesn't realize. Ila does.

"I'm just saying that he's not that much older then us. He's only 23!" Harriet replies, her crystal blue eyes glinting in the light. "You can't say that if you were older you wouldn't fuck him."

Ila and Mr. Jackenman somehow manage to keep a straight face. "Whatever floats your boat Harriet, go ahead bang him for all I care!"

Mr. Jackenman walks back to his desk from the other side of the classroom to get back to his desk. Ila has a feeling that she might regret saying that later that night, but she doesn't care.

Oh, how she would regret it.
