Flawless Ice

Ice?

The idea for this chapter just 'came to me'. So I wrote it. (duh.)

The Queen and King of Arendelle were hurriedly riding their horses to the home of the trolls.

Elsa was so afraid of herself that ice trailed out of her hands and onto the ground.

Meanwhile, Kristoff and his reindeer Sven were heading back to Arendelle.

Then suddenly, two horses raced past him.

Kristoff noticed that there was a trail of ice on the ground. He was puzzled. "Ice?" he asked himself.

He and Sven were filled with curiosity. Where had the ice come from?

"Sven?" Kristoff asked the reindeer, staring at the trail.

Sven perked up and looked at his master.

"We have to find out where the ice is coming from," announced Kristoff.

"It couldn't have come from the horse, could it?"Kristoff asked in his 'Sven voice'.

"I don't know Sven. But we have to find out."

Kristoff mounted on Sven, ""Let's go Sven," he prompted.

Quickly, they followed the path with ice which was growing longer and longer.

"Please help, my daughter," the King pleaded.

He and his family had already arrived at the home of the trolls.

The rocks in front of them rolled to them. They unfolded. They were the trolls!

Kristoff and Sven arrived. Kristoff dismounted Sven and hid behind a rock. Sven followed him. Together, they watched.

Kristoff and Sven saw the trolls. They were amazed.

"Trolls?" Kristoff asked in disbelief.

The rock that they were hiding in unfolded too. Another troll!

"Shhh! I'm trying to listen," said the troll. She thought they were trolls too.

Sven responded by licking the troll's cheek.

She looked to her left and right. They were definitely not one of her kin. 'A human and a reindeer?' she guessed.

"Cuties! I'm gonna keep you." She hugged them both.

Grand Pabbie was replacing Anna's memory.

Elsa became worried. "She won't remember I have powers?" she asked.

Kristoff's mouth fell open. A female voice said that she had ice powers! Kristoff scanned the land for the source.

It was a little girl about his age. She had white-blonde hair pulled back into a braid. Her bangs were kept out of her face by a blue headband. The girl was also wearing a small dress.

And even from the distance between them, Kristoff could see that she had blue eyes.

Next to her was. . . . an infant girl with strawberry blonde hair.

And also, the King and Queen of Arendelle!

Kristoff nearly jumped. The girl didn't just have powers, she was also a princess! But what was her name?

As if someone heard him, someone answered his question.

"Listen to me Elsa. Your power will only grow," the troll said. "There is beauty in it. But also great danger!"

Kristoff flinched as Elsa hid near her father in a flash. The troll was showing them Elsa's possible future!

The troll continued, "You must learn to control it. Fear is your enemy."

"Don't worry she'll learn to control it," Kristoff and the King said simultaneously.

"Let her experiment with her powers," whispered Kristoff. Sven nodded in agreement.

"We should go," The female troll next to them said.

"But-" whined Kristoff. He wanted to keep watching the girl with the ice powers.

"No 'buts'. Let's go." the troll said firmly.

"Fine," Kristoff grumbled.

Kristoff, Sven, and the troll all walked away from the scene.

"So," said Kristoff, "her name is Elsa. I hereby vow to myself that Sven and I shall sell ice to her coronation when she becomes queen," Kristoff said determined.

He realized that Elsa was the eldest of the two princesses. It was known in Arendelle custom that the oldest heir shall receive the throne.

"And, we shall meet her," said Kristoff.

"And her sister," he added in his 'Sven' voice.

This time, Kristoff nodded in agreement.

Little did they know, that they were going to meet Elsa and her sister Anna.

Years later, Kristoff tells Elsa and Anna about his story and his vow to meet them:

"....Then, I actually met you guys!"

"Well, congrats to the fulfillment of your vow," Elsa says kindly.

"Thank you. Could you show me your powers, please?" Kristoff asks her.

Anna frowns. "This is probably the nth time you asked her this!"

Elsa smiles, "I know. But I haven't gotten tired of the requests!" Elsa makes it snow in the room.

Kristoff stares at Elsa in awe. "That is so awesome!"

Anna rolls her eyes, "You don't say!"

They all laugh.
