Makenzie put her phone down to pack her backpack she checks everything on the list but she noticed that her phone died. She puts it on the charger. Makenzie had thought she had charged it the night before but she was up all night stalking her crush since the 5th grade.
Makenzie's mom yelled " Are you ready!?" Makenzie had responded back "coming!"
She had went downstairs to her mom wanting to take a picture of her. " Mom I'm going into Highschool, it's not the first day of kindergarten". " But Makenzie this is your first day of Highschool, aww my baby is all grown up ". Makenzie had rolled her eyes and smiled for the picture. "Umm mom can we go now?" Said Makenzie's younger brother Ryan. As soon as they got out the door Ryan had yelled out "shotgun!!" So Makenzie and Ryan had raced to the front seat. " I still beat you butthole!" Said Ryan " Whatever" Said Makenzie. They had dropped off Ryan at his elementary school. " ok mom please don't do anything stupid". " WHAT!?" " ok fine" had said Makenzie's mom. Now this is gonna be a new year new me it'll be a fresh start to a new life! She stepped one foot right into the door and instantly had found out that she was up for a challenge.
