Rules and context

So, to start off, here are basic rules.

Drama IN STORY ONLY. If you have a problem, ask over PM so things don't get complicated.

Each character gets one key power, and their secondary powers have to directly correlate with this key power. You can't have flight and electricity powers, but you can have flight and the ability to be able to breath wherever you are, for example. More details on the forms page.

Swearing is fine, but keep it reasonable. Fluff too. But Smut either fades to black or goes to PM.

Now for Context.

There is a city. There is crime. There are supervillains.

One day, as a hero and villain did battle over the city, their battle grew colossal, and a blast rushed through the city, shaking window. When the dust cleared, the two were gone. When the sun next rose, people across the city had gained tremendous power, as the blast awoke ancient DNA long since repressed by the generations.

 Now, you have a job to do.

Keep your identities a secret as best you can, survive, and keep the civilians safe.
