I watched as she looked at me out of the side of her eyes. I smiled, waving. She chuckled nervously, continuing to scramble the eggs.
I smirked to myself, jotting a few things down on the list I made on my phone.
If I'm gonna get her to break, I have to work hard. I slowly got up, walking over to her, placing my hands on her shoulders. I felt her tense up. Perfect.
"Hey, looks like you need help." I smiled innocently, wrapping my arms around her. "Here, let me show you how to do it." I grabbed her hand, guiding it around the pan while she stood there like a statue. I got her right where I want her.
She gulped, looking at me out of the side of her eyes. "I uhh, I don't need help. Thanks." She chuckled.
I creased my eye brows like I didn't know what was wrong. "Are you ok? You look awfully pale." I poked out my bottom lip before smiling. "Here, let me do the rest." I pushed her out of the way, grabbing the spatula and moving it around the pan.
"Ok....thanks?" She squinted her eyes at me in confusion before walking to the table, sitting down and running her hand down her face.
I smiled, almost in celebration. I don't know why this means so much to me, I mean, it's not like I like her, at all. In fact, I don't even think she's pretty.
....who am I kidding? She's gorgeous, but that still doesn't mean I like her, because I'm straight. Yep.... definitely straight.
During breakfast
"Thanks for the...breakfast I guess, even though it was my idea." She chuckled, looking down at her plate.
I waved her off. "It's no problem." I smiled, sitting in the seat across from her.
It was quiet for the most part until I decided to take my plan into action. I finished the last of my food, seeing she was only picking over it, looking back and forth between me and her plate.
"Well, it looked like someone wasn't hungry. I guess I made this for no reason huh?" I got up, walking over to her, about to grab her plate, but she stopped me.
"N-no." I looked back at her. "Uh...it's ok. It was good! I'm just...thinking about something." She looked around for a few more seconds before looking up at me, smiling.
I had to hold back my laughter, seeing how much my weird behavior was killing her. If only she knew....
"Alright, well, let me go."
She creased her eye brows. "What?"
I motioned towards her hand gripping my wrist, tightly. "Oh!" She chuckled nervously, pulling her hand away from me, resting it in her lap. "Yeah, sorry." She looked away.
I nodded, walking to the kitchen, putting the dishes in the sink them walking back out. She was pacing back and forth, looking up at the ceiling. Time to make my move.
I creased my eye brows, walking over to her. I put my hand on her shoulder, making her jump, and look at me. "You ok?"
She nodded rapidly, chewing her lip. "Yeah...yeah. Just thinking about stuff. Nothing to serious." She chuckled nervously.
I smiled, backing her up into the wall. "Oh really? Thinking about stuff like what?" I trailed my hand down her arm.
Her eyes widened. "Nothing. Nothing at all." She smiled.
"Oh really?"
She nodded. I shrugged. "Alright." I leaned in like I was gonna kiss her, quickly turning her head and kissing her cheek. I pulled away, smiling innocently then walking away.
I heard her let out a sigh of relief. I don't like her though, really.
Sorry about the wait. I'm just getting adjusted to high school and everything so....again, sorry. But here's the update.
