AN: Hey so thanks for stopping by and reading my story and I hope you enjoy it. Bye dudes see you at the end

Prologue:

“No! Please don’t hurt me, please!”, I begged him. How the hell do I get myself in this kind of situations? He was approaching me, with a butchers knife, and he didn't look very happy. I am so screwed. And just like that, his expression changed as he said to me, “I don't want to hurt you love, but you just don't understand how much I love you. How can I just step aside and see how you run into the arms of a boy, when you deserve a real man like me that will give you anything you want and treat you like the princess you are". Taking another step he caressed my swollen face and brushed his thumb across my partially split lip, yet he didn't stop talking. "Why Katherine? Why do you treat me like I'm a monster? Can't you just love me the same way that I love you?" Sighing he got up and started rumaging through a beautiful red velvet box with gold decor, he opened it and picked out a gorgeous purple princess like dress and told me, "But worry not my dear, it'll all be alright. Now that we are together nothing can separate us. I will teach you what love really is and you will forever be mine." He had a look of pure lust in his eyes and that was when it suddenly dawned on me, and I knew exactly what was going to happen.

Katherine Haughton just moved to a new town, she makes friends easily and is doing great in her classes. Chapter 1: It’s a new beginning

“Katherine, come downstairs and help us unpack, you’ll have time to check out the house later!” yelled my dad, probably from the living room. Truth is I’m just standing in the middle of my new bedroom staring at it like a retard.

“Coming!” I yelled back.  When I got downstairs, it was like any other normal house when a family just moved in.  Piles, piles, and oh look, more piles of cardboard of our stuff where scattered on every corner of the house.  Marilyn, my stepmom, was on the kitchen unpacking its stuff and getting ready to cook one of her many awesome foods. She is a chef, dad met her at the past restaurant where she worked and they instantly clicked! Well not really, things started out a bit rough between them.

I was sitting on the passenger seat on my dad’s red Honda CVR; we were currently on our way to the Old Major restaurant in Denver, Colorado. We sat in a comfortable silence for the majority of the ride, but there was a question swimming in my head and just at the tip of my tongue since the moment he told me we were going to have dinner at the restaurant.  You Found Me from The Fray was playing when I lowered the volume and turned in my seat to face him.

“Dad, it’s been so long, when are you going to go on a date?” I had asked.

“I already went on one” he replied.

“When was that? Three months ago? And you can’t seriously expect me to believe you count that as a date.”

“What do you mean you can’t expect me to count that as date?” he asked, peering at me from the side.

“You went out with our neighbor on a pity date, because her date had stood her up, and if I recall correctly the only thing she did on your so called date was weep about her ex-boyfriend, and let us not forget that she went out looking like a mutant from The Hills Have Eyes” I answered as I gradually rose my eyebrows.
