The night that changed everything

This is the only the beginning

Crunch,crunch,crunch. Your footsteps were the only thing you heard, you held your bag in your hand, holding it tighter, seeing your breath was chilling, it was the middle of winter and you were done with it all, the bullying, the teasing, hurting, dying inside. "Your such a wimp!" The voices echoed "looser!!" The voices screamed in your head. Hot tears formed at the corners of your eyes and streamed down your face. You made it, after almost an hour you made it, the top of Mount Ebott. You took your jacket off and leaped. 

'Why am i not dead yet, who, what saved me.' Underneath you were beautiful golden flowers. Your head ached, arms feeling like jello, you just wanted to die but  something picked you up. "Are you okay my child?" A goat was carrying you, walking through the purple ruins and making through the puzzles with ease. "I'm-I'm fine" you sputtered. You fell asleep at some point and woke up to the smell of pie, you crawled out of bed and walked to the living room, which held the goat lady. "Oh your awake my child." She said, "I'm sorry for not telling you my name, I am Toriel, Caretaker of the ruins." "Thank you for helping me back there Toriel." you replied to her. "Would you like to know a fact about snails?" She asked. "No thank you" You said. "That's fine, Would you like some butterscotch pie?" She asked, wanting to change the topic. You nodded in approval. She gave you a slice then said. "My child, I will be right back, stay here" But you knew you needed to go. You followed her and she said "My child please, go back upstairs." But you refused to go up, and you entered a battle, spamming the mercy button every time it was your turn. The battle ended, she hugged you goodbye and let you leave.
