You would punch me, kick me and beat me till I was numb
You would tease me and call me names trying to make me feel like dirt
But you are so dumb
I'm sorry but I was never an introvert
And your words, oh they never hurt
You would always try to put me down
But then again I was never your clown
I am not someone who you could tease or laugh at
Nor someone you could step on like a mat
Your actions just brought me higher than I already was
Well I'm so over it
Besides I think you deserve a round of applause
Because your words have made me who I am today
And this I mean truly
