Chapter 2: Special Delivery

Josh's P.O.V.

We head back to Kaitlin's house after we leave the hospital from visiting Raygen. "How you doing Kaitlin?" I ask knowing that she to is due soon.

"I'm fine Josh I told you that like 5 minutes ago."

"Sorry."

"It's okay I know your excited." It was true I couldn't wait for our little one to get here, even if it was an accident I still couldn't wait.

"Will you be okay sitting outside while I play some ball with the guys?" I ask know how she has been recently with the heat.

"Yeah and if their's a problem I have Holly and Kristen to help me." she says looking into the back seat where they were sitting.

"Yeah Josh she'll be fine you need to have some fun." Holly said, you could tell that she was smiling from the tone of voice she was using.

"Okay I'll go but if something happens you better call me out of the game."

"Okay Josh." They all say a little annoyed. We pull up at the park and we all hop out the girls go and sit in the shade and I go over to the court.

"Hey Josh glad you could make it," Andrew said as I walk over to where they all were. "You've had a lot to do lightly we wern't sure if you would make it."

"Well with the babies and all  we've had a lot to do to get ready."

"Hey how is Raygen?"

"Fine they had a little girl."

"What'd they name her?"

"Jordan."

"Tell them I say congrats come on lets play." We check the ball and start the game. We always play to 50 and the score was 48-46 I was about to shoot for the win when I heard something.

"JOSH." Holly screamed I throw the ball down and run over to where the girls were standing.

"What is it?"

"Her water just broke we have to get her to the hospital." Kristen said. We help her over to my car and all climb in.

"Call Kasey and tell him were on our way and to have a wheel chair ready for her." I tell the girls not caring which one called.

"Kasey, we need you to have a wheel chair ready when we get there Kaitlin's water broke and were on our way," Kristen hung up the phone while Holly helped Kaitlin. "He said they'll have it ready when we get there."

"Hold on Kaitlin were almost there," I tell her. I pull into the hospital parking lot and head to the doors. "Kristen can you park the car for me?" I ask as we pull up in front of them.

"Yeah."

"Thanks," I say getting out and run over to help Kaitlin. The nurses come out with a wheel chair and we go back into one of the delivery rooms. "I'm right here Kaitlin."

"Josh I need you to call my dad." She said between breaths, as they hock her up to machines. I pull out my phone and call her dad not wanting to leave her side. I hang up with her dad and look at her.

"He's on his way."

"Thank you Josh."

"Your welcome."

"Okay lets bring this little one into the world." The doctor said walking into the room. As she began to push I felt her grip on my hand tighten making my hand go numb. I watched as our little boy was introduced to the world. When they gave him to Kaitlin I saw all the pain she was in whip away and the tears she had that were from pain turned into tears of joy as she held our son in her arms.

"He's so beautiful." she said running her finger over his face.

"Just like you." I say crouching down by her side. There was a knock on the we look up to see her father standing there.

"Can I come in?"

"Of corse," Kaitlin said. "Here Josh why don't you hold him." She gave me our little boy and gave her father a big hug.

"What are you going to name him?"  I look at Kaitlin, and she looks at me.

"I was thing Trevor."

"I love it." I say leaning in giving her a kiss. The nurse walksback into the room with one of the hospital cribs.

"Sorry but I have to take him to the nursry now," I walk over and put him in the crib "What did you name him?"

"Trevor."

Kaitlin's P.O.V.

The nurse take Trevor down to the nursry and everyone comes to say hi, well besides Raygen, but I understand compleatly what she is going through. Everyone leaves besides my dad and Josh. They fall asleep so I roll over and fall asleep.

I wake up and only Josh is there. "Hey sunshine." He says walking over to the side of the bed.

"Hey."

"How do you feel?"

"Better," I say with a smile. "Where's my dad?"

"He went to get you something to eat because the food here is crap." He said with a small grin.

"Where's Trevor?" I ask grabbing him hand.

"They were waiting for you to wake up before they brought him back here."

"Can you tell them to bring him back here?"

"Yeah I'll be right back," He left the room and came back in within a minute. "Their going to get him now." They bring him into the room and Josh hands him to me. I hold him in my arms and I can't help the smile that grows across my face, and can tell by the smile on Josh's face that he couldn't hold it back either.
