5:00pm @ Maya's House
(Y/N's POV)
I walked into Maya's house per usual, dressed in skinny jeans and a T-shirt, ready to head out. As soon as I turned around I see maya and her family surrounding the TV.
"-Uh.. hey.. what's going on?" I managed to get out despite being nervous.
"Y/N! have you heard??" Maya, my best friend, tells me in fear.
"Um... no?" I reply.
"y/n this is serious. news everywhere is warning that the world is changing." Maya says.
"Well... yeah? But what does that mean?" I say getting annoyed.
"Y/N! WE MAY FORGET ABOUT EACH OTHER!" Maya screams.
