I sat behind the computer screen, feeling tears burning my eyes. My head phones were tilted sideways and were close to falling off my head, but I completely ignored the small problem.
"James, quiet." I heard the voice of my lover whisper from the room next door.
The whispers weren't even quiet. They were more like hushed speaking, which was even worse. Aleks could hear every little thing they said to each other. From the sweet nothings being said back and forth, to the small moans that rang in his ears.
"I love you, James." My boyfriend said.
"I love you, too, Kevin." My best friend returned.
I felt my heart clench and my world collapse.
Everything went dark.
