Mari POV: A few months ago, if someone told me i was going to be a superhero who fights alone against the forces of evil, protects thousands of souls and risk his life.........i would think that someone is crazy. But, here i am now: a real superhero. I do protect everyone from the evil, from Chat Noir. His name just makes me angry. We have been fighing for 2 years and yet neither of us is a bit close to winning.

The same old fights again and again. Paris is not safe.NOT SAFE. Will someone ever win this? Paris will never be safe again, as long as he is alive. I stand up still lost in my thoughts. 'How am I going to explain this?' I glance at my wound. I always came home with scratches, injuries from my fights. I always found a way to explain these. I look at the sky. Millions of stars. I wish i could be normal again. I wonder how could it be to just come home, not worrying about crazy villans who could attack any minute, my only worries being homeworks. But i know i can't be normal. For the sake or everyone i know i have to keep fighting. I have to keep fighting for innocent people who want to have a normal life, like i do...

I look at the city.At least being a superhero has its benefits. Nobody sees Paris as i do. I am now on the top of the Eiffel Tower. I see every house in town. Every small detail of the city reminds me i am lucky to live here. ~MY THOUGHTS ARE INTERRUPTED BY A LOUD BANG~ Not again!!!!! I take my yoyo and wrap it around the closest building. Going towards the sound. I hear police sirens closer and closer. I land right in front of the police. "What happened? I heard a loud bang" "Nothing dear Ladybug, only a thief, Chat Noir is nowhere to be seen" I calm down and look around me. Peace. No crazy fights, no black cats. Everything is ok. I say goodbye to the police officers and head towards home. I hope nothing happens this night. But destiny has something else planned.
