Hi~! :( School here just started a few days ago and I'm really stressed right now because I used to stay late at night but now I can't because of school but my body got used to me sleeping late so I can't sleep properly :< I tried listening to ASMR and other helpful stuff but nothing works, so I think taking a break from wattpad will help lessen my stress

Can you guys give me some tips on how to sleep LIKE SERIOUSLY
