So a few years ago me and my first girlfriend were talking about our views of a post apocalyptic Earth and we had very different views. She thought Earth would become desolate to the point of global extinction. My belief was a bit more complicated. You see, my vision was that the ozone would be destroyed allowing radiation to cook the surface of the Earth only being stopped by the Solaris Initiative, an organization that had the tech to create an artificial ozone layer. However the solar radiation gave some people unique powers. Project 478 is the story of a Solaris operative with the unit number 478.
