SUMMARY
Jibe Ortega has a genetic disease called synesthesia. He can smell color. As a resident of Future, he isn't allowed to have a disease, so at age eighteen, he is cast out, forces to live on his own. He finds friends out in the wilderness, two other Future cast offs called Happiness and Matt. Happiness and Matt are part of the Destiny group, former Future citizens who were forced out. They want to change Future, and let everyone experience paradise.
