Dear Jonghyun oppa,
Annyeonghaseyo oppa, i'm writing this letter because i recently noticed that a lot of your songs were very sad and they talks to me a lot. A good friend of mine told me that you might have depression and i hope you have someone to talks to, you know you don't have to always be strong it's ok to break down sometimes.
I know it's hard to talk to someone about the problem you are having and about how you are feeling but you have to so they can help you get better. I'm not really in position to tell you to empty yourself and spoke about yourself because i've never done it. I'm a bit like you. I surfer from depresion too, it started when i was 8 or 9.
I know life can be hard, i know it can be too much sometimes and that you can feel like giving up and try to kill yourself, i tried quite some times myself but there was always something holding me back. Last time i tried was when my fianc broke up with me after 2 years and half together. I really felt helpless, empty and alone. I put a SHINee playlist that day and colorful came on, i was about to cut open my wrist when i heard it « You make my life colorful. I think you're magical. I think you're wonderful. ». I closed my eyes and i saw your beautiful smile so i didn't do it. I couldn't. Because i think of you as a big brother. You work so hard to make us Shawol proud and happy, just like we want you to be healthy and happy. Please talk to someone oppa. If you want to talk you can talk to me. I'm not saying this because you are an idol but because you are a wonderful, sweet and kind human being going through a lot of hard things just like me.
