Jack pov:

When I was told that I will be working with Lia on an important mission without Max for a whole month..  I actually freaked out...
Well yes you read it right I freaked out ..

I know that I am player which means good with girls and everything but still Lia was different...
From the first day I saw her I know she was different...
I remember when I saw her that day her eyes were blank nothing inside of them emotionless eyes they sent chills inside of me and her appearance wasn't helping at all.

She was socked to the bone by a freaking red liquid which was yes of course Blood.

Everyone in the Base thought that she had lost control of her power leading her for the mascara of her family...

But for some reason I didn't believe it and I don't know why but I have never believed such a thing.

The boss said that to not ask her about what happened and never bring the issue in front of her ..

He was strick for the first time in a while which is a rare thing and because of that we knew that it was a serious matter and by the way the Boss was treating her -like so much care and attention - we knew that this girl mean something to him.

After that day her training begin and everyone was surprised as she was able to control her powers very good after her third month in the Bass which was very unnormal for a newbie ...

Everyone start to get suspicious at her past as it is impossible for a girl that could control her powers very good and this fast to be the reason of her family mascara..
But no one dared to ask her what really happened that day.

I still think about it from time to time about her past as I wish I would know what happened to her but I know well enough that she will never tell me as she hate me with passion ... I sighed at the last thought well I really can't blame her for hating me as it is my fault..  Even thought I was just trying to be friend to her but my stupid plan back fired at me.

Sigh.

I was walking to the main security room where is Lia waiting and yup you heard it right..  Walking..

Well you can't blame me as I know that Lia Is more than capable to handle two bitches alone...  I didn't know that I will be that wrong in the near future.

Anyway yeah even thought I am a lady's guy still I don't go to the lady's on the other side....  Not my type at all..  Well I think they are not at least moreover I just went to them if the mission needed it nothing more nothing less.

I was pulled out off my thoughts when I heard yelling from the room that I am heading to..

I stand near the room not wanting to get in yet..  And I don't know why but I just felt that I still need to stay hear a little longer as if expecting something to happen which is strange but never mind it I just stand there like an idiot...

"Jack when are you going to grace us with your arrival. " 
l heard Lia's annoyed voice in the walkiie-talkie and a smirk found it's way to my face as I thought of 'How about I annoy Lia a little bit until this strange thing that will happen happen?!.. Hmm well if it happen at all. '

"Hmmm when you promise  me that you will not kill me. "
I answered her knowing for sure that it will get on her nerves as she is a too easy to piss off which is amusing for real.

"I do....  NOT promise  you, now come before i come to you and skin you alive. "

She screamed at me in impatience tone and I know that play time has to end soon as it is not a good sign when she lose her patience.
