[3] Before The First Concer
~Luci~
"Soo... What do you think of Louis?" Hillary asks me as we store our clothes into the cabnits off the the side. We were in the room we'd be bunking in, and suprisingly the beds were quite big and could easily fit two, maybe three, people at once. I frowned at my One Direction tee in my hand, before turning to look at my best friend.
"What do you mean?"
'Obvisouly you've got a big crush on him. You've have had a crush on him since Nelly said he liked carrots." Hillary replied, her back turned to me. "Admit it- you've fallen head over heels in love with him."
"No, I haven't. I don't like Louis like that, and he certainly doesn't like me like that either. We're just friends."It had been a week since we had first met the boys, and tonight was our first concert of the tour, kicking off in Los Angeles. We had spent the week rehearsing and finding out where us girls would sing and when we wouldn't. Also, we've been praticing how we'd introduce ourselves to the audience. Let me just tell you, I love our entrance. It was so amazing and I'm sure the fans will love it too!
"How do you know?" She asked, looking at me for the first time.
"What do you think of the guys?" I ask, chaning the subject.
"Lia and Liam are perfect for each other- Mummy and Daddy Direction. We'd all be One big happy Direction family. Zendaya and Zayn are perfect for each other too- they're both vain and have ridiculsous hair. (A/N- I don't think Zayn's hair is ridiculsous. This is only Hillary's opinion.) Nelly and Niall are both bottomless pits and are perfect for each other as well. Harry is pretty cool too. He seems nice, and Louis... Louis looks like he's missing his Luci to make him whole." She winked and I threw my Superman pillow at her, which she easily dodged. "What do you think of them?"
"I think they're really nice, and I agree with how you think they'd all be perfect for each other. It's just that... I don't want them to get together, me become friends with them, and then they have a horrible break up where I'm torn between two best friends, you know?"
"Yeah, I guess I understand. So,again, what do you think of Louis?"
"I think he's funny and sweet and charming. He's so handsome, and he's so cute, but I honestly don't think he's boyfriend material. He's too childish and doesn't care much about responsiblities. That's really the one difference between me and him- while I am childish, I still know when to take care of my responsibilities. " I say.
"I think I understand..." Hillary says after a moment. "I've got a question though. How are you going to keep on calling me Hazza and me call you Boobear, when that's Harry and Louis' nicknames for each other?"
"Well I'll call you Hazz and you can call me Boo!" I tell her, crawling over and giving her a great big hug. "Love you Hazz."
"Love you too Boo."

~Louis~
Once we had setled into our rooms, we drove to the stadium to get ready for the concert tonight. I was nervous, which was something I wasn't use too. I was just nervous because of the girls. What if our fans didn't like them, and thought they were posers? Over the past week, we've gotten to know the girls amazingly well. I learned that Luci is considered the 'baby' even though she's the oldest, like me. I learned that Lia doesn't have a fear of spoons, but of forks, and that Zendaya has a black belt in karate and will serisouly injure you if you touch her hair or her hair products. I learned that Hillary has been friends with Luci since Hillary was five, and that she was born in America, before she moved to London where she met Luci. And I also learned that not only did Nelly have a crush on Niall, but that Nelly plays guitar, violin, and piano. Also, all the girls had been friends since they met Nelly who moved to London when Hillary was sixteen and the others were mostly fourteen. These girls were as real as it could get. "Hey, everything will be fine." Harry says, patting me on the back. Luci, who sat in the middle of us, smiled and nodded.
"Yeah Lou. It'll be fine."
Right now we were all in our Pjs, except Lia and Liam who thought it would be mature and responsable if they put their clothes on. We were only in our Pjs because we would be changing into our outfits for the concert in the dressing rooms. "Alright. I trust you guys to get to your dressing rooms and be at side stage on time." Paul said. Colete had to stay in England to tend to another band she was managering, so the girls had also been taken under Paul's wing.
"Okay Paul." All ten of us said together, before piling out of the tour bus. If only screaming fans knew that if they got here eight hours earlier, then they would actually get to meet us. Fortunetly for us, who would want to get here eight hours earlier? Meaning, there were no fans.
Ducking through the stage door, we found ourselves at the back of the stadium, the girls were grinning, while the rest of us just thought of it as somehting we do pretty much five times a week. Sometimes, six. Others, seven. We turned back to face the girls, and I smiled at Luci. "So we'll see you in a few hours?" I said, though it sounded more like a question.
"Yeah. See you in a few hours." She replied, before Hillary grabbed her arm and dragged her to their dressing rooms.

So a little insight on Luci and Hillary's friendship, and what they think of the guys. Also, a little bit of information about the first concert! Is anybody excited? No one? Then I guess I'll just hide the next chapter.
