I woke up to intense heat. My body was covered in sweat and the blanket I usually snuggled under was thrown across the room. The usually freezing room felt like a fire pit. I jumped up and ran to my glass of water on the side table. All the water that was in the glass was gone within seconds. I grabbed the empty glass and opened the door to my room. Bad idea.

The flames behind the door suddenly burned with flurry. Well there's no hope now, I thought to myself, it's not like I'm fireproof. I closed the door and backed away from it slowly. Getting a bit overheated, I threw my PJ bottoms onto my bed. The fire was starting to get really intense and the heat was almost unbearable. I started towards my bathroom, thinking that maybe I could get some cold water, but I was stopped by a horrid sound. Someone screamed.
