Hermione P.O.V

As we walked into the cabin, I saw an owl perched on the window and Ginny said " It's for you"

I took the letter off the bird and opened it. As I read it my smile got bigger. Harry asked "What's wrong"

"I'M HEAD GIRL"I screamed 

"Congrats" they all said

"Well I have to go to the heads cabin bye" I said.

"See ya" they replied with a wave 

Draco's P.O.V

I walked back to my cabin and when I open the door and an owl flew right into my face. 

"Stupid owl" I mumbled

I took the letter from it and Pansy asked "What's wrong, Drakie"

" 1: don't call the that and 2: I'm head boy" I replied. I HATE IT WHEN SHE CALLS ME THAT!!!!!!!

"Congrats" they said in unison 

" I gotta go to the heads compartment, bye" I said.

When I got to the heads compartment I saw Granger already there.

"Well, well, well I see your head girl Granger" I said, flashing the famous Malfoy smirk.

" whatever" she replied giving me a glare

I sat down and studied Granger. She looked different, a good different. She looked sexy in that outfit ( one from last chapter ) NO I yelled at myself in my head I could not possibly say that about a mudblood.

"Can I asked you something" I asked

" Yes, but make it quickl she replied softly.

" can we start again" I asked

"What do you mean" she said, curiously.

" I am sorry for everything I did to you in the past, can just we forget about the past and try to be friends I replied.

"Sure" she said

The next thing she did took me by surprise. SHE HUGGED ME. I never thought that I would end up hugging Hermione Granger. I thought it was impossible.

Hermiones P.O.V

As I was hugging Mal... Draco the lights started flickering then turned off. I stood up but tripped on the couch and fell over, I felt glass cut my lip. I then felt a pair of strong arms help me stand up.

"Thanks" I said

" no problem" Draco replied.

Suddenly everything went cold and I heard Draco mumble 

"Dementor"

Then the door of the compartment popes and a dementor stepped in Draco slowly walked to the other side of the room to get his wand. Just as Draco grabbed his wand the dementor flew over to me faster then you can say magic. I whispered "help"

I then heard Draco yell "Expecto Patronum" it took the form of a dragon and made the dementor disapear. The lights turned back on and Draco rushed over to me.

"Are you alright" he asked me with worried look on his face.

"Yeah, I'm fine" I replied. I jumped when Ron pushed open the door and ran up to me and asked

"Are you alright I was so scared" with that said Harry and Ginny entered the room. When Ron went to ask them if they were alright Draco came over to me.

" 'Mione you have some blood on your lip" THE CUT I had forgotten about it. Draco got his thumb and wiped it off.

"Thanks" I said then smilies at him.

My smile faded when I saw Ron walking over to Draco and I. When he got there he yelled

"DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH MY GIRLFRIEND OR I'LL HEX YOU. ALSO YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO CALL HER 'MIONE ONLY HER FRIENDS CAN CALL HER THAT. AND AFTER EVERYTHING YOU HAVE DONE, I DONT THINK SHE WILL EVER BE YOUR  FRIEND!!" When Ron was done it was my turn

"DRACO CAN CALL ME WHATEVER HE WANTS BECUASE HE APOLOGISED FOR THE THINGS HE HAS DONE, AND I THINK YOU SHOULD BE THANKING HIM"

"Why would I do that" he asked, less angry

" BECUASE HE JUST SAVED MY LIFE." I replied. With that Ginny and Harry have me a hug before they walked out out and Ron gave me a kiss on the cheek

Draco's P.O.V

Did hermione just stand up for me? Did hermione really care? All these questions flooded my mind then I saw Weasel kiss her cheek, I got that feeling of jealousy and I know why.

I liked Hermione Granger!!!!
