FT. Tao

"Baobei, How many children do you want?" Tao asked very curiously.

"Depends, how many can you take care of?" you replied, making Tao grin mischievously.

Tao had always asked you this question, and you answered him differently each time he asked you this. And he was eager to have a child with you.

"Well.. Should we make one? Try again, maybe?" he asked, maybe for the thousandth time.

"Soon baby.. Okay? Just wait. It will come soon." You replied, causing Tao's grin to fade, and you obviously were trying to hide something.

Sitting comfortably on the cold leather couch in your living room, you were reading a new book you picked up from the bookstore. You wore nothing but a large and loose black top with it's sleeves almost falling further than your elbows, white frilled socks and shorts underneath the top. Your hair was in a messed up bun that still looked sexy enough. You let your head fall to the arm rest, your legs slinging down on the opposite end of the couch and continued reading your book and placed your earbuds to your ears. You heard heavy muffled footsteps on the carpeted floor, knowing it was your lovely husband. You ignored his steps and continued reading your book. The door of the lounge creaked open, and Tao poked his head into the room.

"Baobei.. Are you in here? Why are you not sleeping yet? It's almost midnight." he asked, his voice thick with sleepiness. You had absolutely no idea how he sounded adorable yet sexy with his sleepy voice. You chose to ignore him, obviously playing with him.

"Baaoooooo!! Come and sleep with me pleaaaseee, I'm really sleepy." he whined again, and you sensed a pout forming on his lips. You ignored him again, teasing him by showering him with no attention. He walked towards the couch you laid on, looking at your silky legs you left unclothed.

"Bao.. You look.." Tao started, an apparent blush forming on his cheeks. "Sexy in my top.." he winked as he saw you laying on the couch. You took your buds out and looked up at Tao.

"Like what you see, darling?" you purred and got up, running away from Tao. He was confused as to why you ran away, and looked down the couch to see what you were reading.

'First Baby Rules.' he read in his mind.

"Baobei, what's with the book? Is there a certain meaning?!" Tao shouted as he ran outside the living room, looking at where you are standing.

"Well sweetie." You answered happily. "Wanna know?" you asked him whilst rubbing your belly.

His eyes widened as he heard your answer and saw your gesture. He ran towards where you were, lifting you up as he got to where you were stood.

"AH TAO! CAREFUL!" you exclaimed and giggled at his actions.

"I'm sorry but, aren't you just full of surprises, Baobei? Oh my Gosh! We have to tell everyone! Have you told anyone?! How about the baby's name? What should we call her? It's a girl right?!" he asked you excitedly without taking in a breath.

"Slow down, Tao. I haven't told anyone. I only found out today, but I didn't want to know the gender yet. Why don't we rest first and we can tell everyone tomorrow?" You smiled and held Tao's hand, leading it to your almost apparent baby bump.

"I love you, ______. Thank You. I promise to always protect and love you, especially our baby." Tao announced as he looked at you lovingly.

"I love you too, Tao." you finished and kissed him lovingly.
