As the new stars shone and the moon flooded onto the lake, a figure emerged. I gazed at the shadow that gazed at me. I was sat on the coast. I never knew people came to this isolated beach, especially at this late hour. Tilting my head up, the silhoutte suddenly bolted across the luminous water and disappeared into the forest. It changed forms. What was that? Who was that? Heaving my body up, I ran after the figure. A rustle of leaves showered me. Whatever it was, it was gone...
