Today I didn't wait for my annoying alarm clock to buzz and kill my slumber, today the blarring sounds of alarm clock didn't wake me up. What really woke me up was my ever ending excitement for our college "jungle trip." As a student of environmental science, the study comes with its perks which is - rather have fun and enjoyment with nature than stay indoor and read the boring monster book.

"Wake up! Ruby or you're going to miss your bus" came the voice of my darling mother.

"I am up already and ready to leave forever to begin my adventurous journey" was my dramatic reply.

The man who said "silence is more louder than any screams" surely knew what he meant. As I never ever heard my mother to not make any noise and before anyone say I am being dramatic should meet my mother as she can even make a deaf guy bleed with her talks. I stood from my chair near table where I kept all my toiletries to be taken to trip with me and made my way to downstairs to my mother. I should have known what was to come but no, for me life always has some tricky treats up it's sleeves! SHE WAS CRYING. Being the only child always makes my mother tensed, she loves me too much.

"I am not getting married and leaving you forever you know, " was my try to cheer her up. And she chuckled.

"And you think, I'll be sitting here if you were getting married? " It was my turn to chuckle now.
"Nope, you'll be threatening my husband to keep me safe and happy."
"Yes young lady and reminds me - you'll call me every 2 hour, send me pictures, drink plenty of water and no funny business."
"Yes ma'am " was my reply.

And with all lectures finished I reach the bus to take me to my adventure. The start of trip was slow-the attendance of students, instructions to be followed and bleeding one another by singing awful songs. Thus a funny and slow start. When we reached the 'Nightingale villa' or our start of Jungle trip, it was already 7.00 and late for us- the ball of energy to run off to arms of nature, thus we all settled for camp fire and scary stories to share at night. During our session of scary stories we decided to pull some pranks on some friends and me being the daring lady, was put to do a dare.
