To the parents of...
In the state of Texas a student is required to attend a certain amount of school days. Your child however has exceded the limit of absences allowed and is going to have to repeat their junior year at Canyon High, unless they join our new program called "Open your eyes".
This program takes place every week day after school from 4:15 to 6:15 for the rest of the remaining school year. If your child chooses to attend this program the form attached to the back of this letter needs to be filled out and returned by monday january 6th. (the first day of the program) We hope to see your child there.
