I am a lion
Trying to be strong
Through it all
Wonder if I would ever fall
I'm fast when It comes to love
Should I leave?
Or should I stay a dove?
I am a lion
Still walking with my head up high
So maybe one day I'll reach the sky
Is it my heart or my mind?
Seeing which one is kind
I am a lion
You bet I am standing tall
Taller than that building and my feelings
Taller than the girl you saw at the mall
Ha!
Who am I to blame?
When I gave you my heart
And you just take it away
I am a lion
