DUNCAN'S P.O.V
/|\/|\/|\/|\/|\
I missed her. I missed her so much, I couldn't even begin to tell you. I've been waiting for a chance, even just the slimmest, to see her. Even if it was risky. Too risky. I almost got caught. I would've if it hadn't been for that convenient rope laying around. You walk into a bar armed with a ton of weapons and they think you're gonna murder someone. Sheesh, I was only getting a few drinks before I went to rob a bank.
Anyway, I almost dropped dead when I saw her. She was even more gorgeous than I remembered. Maybe she got hotter while I was gone. Nah. She was always this sexy.
I hadn't really been planning to talk to her, just to look at her and squeeze her boobs with my imagination. But she hurried away from the cafe she was sitting in as if to run away from something. I watched her from The tree that I was leaning on. No, not a tree.
The tree.
Damn I loved this tree. We would always come here when we were kids. Hell, for all I knew, which was not a lot mind you, we were still kids. Or at least I was. Princess is probably all grown up now. She probably had a fantastic life. Without me. I wouldn't be surprised if she had moved on, gotten married, had kids, and forgotten all about me.
Anyway, back to the story. I thought she was running away from the cafe. Turns out, she was running full speed straight ahead towards me.
"DUNCAN!" She screams. I attempt to shush her, but I don't think she heard me. I needed to tell her. I needed to tell her. If I don't, I could risk everything I worked for all those seven years back. I could risk breaking anything off with us. I could risk Princess.
No way. No way in mother fucking ass hollering shit faced fucktarded ass hat wearing hell I'm gonna loose my Princess.
I was about to open my mouth to tell her I couldn't stay to chat. I had to run. If I didn't, I could get us both thrown in the slammer.
Before I even got a breath out, I sucked it right back in. Her face was so breathtaking. Hence the taking a breath. Dur. Any way, I had only seen her body from afar. I remember her face, of course, but that was from when she was 16. She was 23 now. And wow, was she gorgeous.
I didn't say any thing. I just slowly, ever so slowly wrapped my arms around her waist, just like when we were kids. I always liked to tease her. And sometimes, she would tease back.
Just by looking into her eyes I could tell she had changed. She was still the uptight, goody-two shoes, bossy, hot-headed, annoying, preppy, Miss I'm-a-CIT that I had come to know and love. But she was more emotionally stable. She had matured.
Apparently she couldn't contain her excitement any longer, and grabbed my collar (dog collar, not shirt collar. And that hurt, mind you. Those spikes are double sided.) and smashed our lips together. Of course we've kissed before, who do you take me to be, some wimp that can't even make a move on his girl?
This kiss was different though. It said 'I love you' without words.
And I could tell my mind wasn't the only one thinking that.
I started to deepen the kiss, but then those damned sirens came. I had to run. Better me then both of us. Right before I ran, it whispered in her ear, "Princess..."
And that was the one word that I loved to tease her with. The one word she said she hated, but I knew it made her heart flutter. It sure made mine. The one word that started it all. That started us.
Princess.

A/N: I kinda liked this chapter. Except Duncan wouldn't be that mushy. He'd ruin the moment with some perverted comment. I still don't know if I'll continue this story or leave it as a two shot. Review so I can decide!!!!!!!!
