(the girl in photo is Stella Knight, the main character)
For every life I took, I added a charm to my bracelets. Before you ask, no there is no sappy gross story to the reason why I add my charms. My bracelet has over 99 charms on it. Which means I have killed over 99 people for money and fear. I have no concept of guilt or fear; even when I was younger, I didn't fear anything or felt guilty for anything. I was taught to block out feelings and focus on my goals and that's what I do. That's all I can do. There is no room for feelings in my job. If I cried over every death that I caused, I'd be one sad daughter of bitch. I know I'm heartless but how do you expect an assassin to be? Don't get me wrong, I kill people for a job not for fun. My job is one of the reasons I met the lovely girl who ruined my life, Talia Grace Winters otherwise known as beauty. Talia and I had been business partners. She was a gang leader who needed people hunted down and I was the best assassin this place has got. I still remember the first time we met...
°flashback°
"Oh my fuck, would shut the fuck up, you little bitch?"
I glared at the begging woman before me, running my finger across my dagger. I started to circle the woman; my heels clicking loudly on the ground. I knew I was scaring her. She was shaking and sobbing. It was slightly annoying but I told to make this chick suffer. I smirked and got close to her face. I clicked my tongue and ran the dull blade across her cheeks. The woman screamed in pain and I faked a laugh. I grabbed the salt and pulled her face to the side by her hair."This is gonna hurt alot, sweetie. "
I poured the salt into her wounds and just watched as she begged for me to stop. I pushed her away from me and watch as she fell to the ground. She continued to cry and beg. Of course, I ignored it and continued with my next plan. I grabbed the glowing red knife from the fire and looked at her.
"you pissed off someone really badly, Amy. Tch, too bad you seemed like a really sweet girl."
I smiled and pressed the hot metal to her face. Her screams were horrendous. They echoed off the walls and she fought against her restraints. I didn't stop until she passed out from the pain. Over her screams, I didn't hear anyone come in but I knew someone was there. I growled and threw the blade,
"Take a picture, it will last a hell of alot longer."
The black haired girl just stared at me and smirked. I grew more annoyed then I already was. After a few minutes she spoke, looking at me and Amy.
"So this is what that Brittney spears' song was always talking about."
I snorted and held back a laugh. I knew she was talking about the song, if you seek Amy.. I nodded towards her and she walked closer. I looked at her one last time before grabbing my knife from my boot. I walked towards Amy and bend down. I stabbed Amy in the heart and left a kiss on her forehead. My purple lipstick left a stain on her pale skin.
The girl laughed and sighed, "that's your famous trademark. I can't say I'm impressed by that. I can say impressed with how pretty you are."
I rolled my eyes at her attempt to flatter me."Flattering or flirting gets you no where in this business, doll."
I look at her up and down. She's pretty hot but she's dumb if she thinks I'm taking her bait.
"look, I know who you are, Talia. Big shot gang leader who thinks the world bows to her feet."
She raised her eyebrow, "I don't think the world bows to my feet, I know it does."
I snorted as she walked closer towards me. Her 5'2 frame atempted to imitate me. Even though I was only 4'11, I wasn't scared of her. I wasn't scared of what she was capable of.
"what do you want, miss gang leader?"
"I want you to hunt down some people who think they are too good to pay."
I nodded and grabbed her hand, "let's go discuss my part and what is being offered."
°end of flashback°
I frowned at the distant memory and got up from the office desk. I was on a hunt; I couldn't be worrying about that bitch while on the clock. I walked towards the main of office and I put my hand on my golden dagger. I normally killed with a knife or dagger. It's quite, old fashioned, and simple. Screw guns, I don't need them. I stood right in front of the main desk. I quicky discovered there was no one in here so, I sat in the black chair and turned it away from the door. I wanted to surprise my target with a dramatic scene. I sat there for a while and began to get impatience. Where the hell is this guy? In all honesty, I wasn't sure if it was a guy or girl. They gave me a name and a place. The contract just said to kill and leave. That's what I planned to do. No trademark. No sign of who or what killed him or her. It seemed sketch as hell but they were offering a lot of money so, I took the job. I growled in annoyance and got up as I heard the door open. I grabbed the dagger and waited for the person to walk around towards me. I waited for them to walked around to the desk and chair. They never did, all I heard was a familiar hum. I stop and walked out from behind the desk. I stopped and stared at the girl before me.
"What do you want, Taila?"
"Just to make another deal, love." she smirked and looked down at her freshy painted nails.
