i have been working for Syco for about a month now. The Boys are on tour so i got a break for a couple weeks. I turned on the tv to see if Backstage news was on i flipped through the channels on the tv intill i found it. I turned it on to find Drew Hackins inteviewing Zayn " So Zayn you have been singing with One direcction for 2 years i belive you guys are older now in you 22s or 23s" Drew Hackins said " Yes Drew i think we are going real strong with are new agent and stuff like that" Zayn answered " New agent" asked Drew " Yes drew a new agent her name is Megan Reed" after he said that i flipped to another channel as fast a could. Emma walked in pretty fast a sta down and started crying " what happened Emma" i asked her she didnt answer me " i gott fired from Syco" she cried.
