I love stranger things. By the time I'm ready it's 7:08 I have to be at the bus stop by 7:30 so I have some time to spair. I walk downstairs and outside to the bus stop, I pull out my pack of Marlboro Next cigarettes out of my bag and pop the little bubble in the filter to make it menthol. I hear something in the woods beside me so I turned to take a look and I see some guy in a white hoodie standing far back in the woods. " Hello? " I said to see if I could get a response " who are you? " I ask. " Jeff" the guy finally spoke. " Hi Jeff I'm Alex, do you go to Central high school?" I asked expecting a response, which I didn't get. " Umh okay?" I say as I rolled up my sleeves revealing my scars and cuts. I take a couple puffs of my cigarette before I see Jeff step out from the trees. " You cut?" He asks with his head down so I couldn't see his face, " umh.. yeah.. " I say as I tug my sleeves down. " The bus pulls up as I thank him " hey Jeff do you have a phone?" I asked exited " yeah but not on me " he says " here " I say as I grab a price of paper and write my name and number down on it and hand it to him, I smile at him and get on the bus and he waves goodbye. Okay maybe giving my number to a stranger wasn't the smartest thing to do. I mean I didn't even see his face.. oh well It's seventh period as I get a text from a number not saved in my phone. J: Hey is this Alex? It's Jeff. A: Hey Jeff, yes this is Alex. Wanna hangout after school? J: ummhh. Sure. Where at? A: hmm maybe the park? I get out of school in 15 minutes and I'll just walk straight their. J: yea the parks fine. I'll see ya then, Ttyl. A: okay ttyl The rest of class I was so excited to meet up with Jeff. When the bell rang I ran out of school and walked to the park which was right around the block. Once I was out size the school gates I opened up my bag and got out a cigarette and popped the little bubble and started smoking it, then my phone buzzed. J: hey I'm here, where are you? A: I'm almost their. J: okay see ya in a sec A: Okies I took a couple hits of my cigarette as I walked up to Jeff. "Hi!" I said excited "hey Alex" Jeff said to me. " Hey Jeff how old are you?" I asked because I forgot to ask earlier. "19 what about you?" he responded. "Oh I'm 17" I said as I took a puff of my cig. "Umh Jeff how come you keep your head down?" I asked in curiosity. " I. Umh. Im different Alex.." Jeff said nervously. "That's okay, I think different is amazing." I said as I touched his cheek and lifted his face up to where I could see it. Oh. My. God. His skin was as white as paper and felt like leather his eyes were blood red, and his mouth was cut into a smile!! " Beautiful.. " I wispered while stareing at Jeff in amazement with my hand still on his cheek. Jeff's face began to turn pink from my comment. " Sorry.. " I said as I started to take my hand away from his face, but he held my hand to his cheek as he stared into my eyes. " Jeff.. I can't see you again." I say as I lower my head. I could tell that made him angry because he said " you'll regret that." And pushed my hand away and walked off. I walked home and up the stares to my room and texted Jeff. A: Jeff I'm sorry, you're really interesting and intriguing but my adopted dad will.. he'll hurt me if I'm out with a boy.. J: he'll hurt you? A: he's abusive.. J: I'll take care of it A: what? How? J: don't worry about it Alex. I'll take care of it.. A: okay? Thanks Jeff I'm gonna go to sleep, I'll text you later. Bye J: bye I look at my clock and it reads 7:57pm. I walk down stairs and look in the fridge.. I'm hungry, I go into the downstairs bathroom and weigh myself 100lbs.. I've lost so I can have something small, I walk back into the kitchen and pick up a breakfast bar and eat it. As I'm throwing the wrapper away Rob comes in drunk. Oh god.. I slowly walk upstairs. As I get to my room I text Jeff A: Jeff!? J: Alex? Everything okay? A: no he's drunk!! It's gonna happen 😭 J: omg Alex! Want to come over and stay with me? Before I could reply to Jeff Rob busted threw my door and grabs me by the hair and yanked me into the floor " you stupid bitch " he say as he kicks my stumic. I started crying and he then pulls me up by my hair and then chokes me against the door. " Stop.!." I could barely breath. I finally managed to get him off of me and run downstairs. I opened the knife drawer and when I turned around Rob was standing by the bottom step. He came twards me and I stabbed him in his arm and he fell to the ground " if you EVER touch me again. I'll fucking kill you!" I screamed as I jerked the knife out of his arm. I ran upstairs and locked my door and picked up my phone J: Alex? Are you okay?! ALEX?!?! OMG PLEASE ANSWER ME?! A: Yes. I'm fine.. I stabbed him.. J: OMFG WHAT?! Fr? A: yes in the arm J: dang girl. A: yea.. I'm gonna shower.. J: okay ttyl night A: goodnight. I grabbed my blade and walked into my bathroom and turned on the shower and stepped in. I began cutting my arms, wrists and thighs. I rinsed off and got out of the shower and threw some stuff to sleep in

. I checked my phone and the time was 11:33pm I closed my eyes and fell asleep. Around 2:12am I heard my door open and felt something get in bed with me, I didn't think anything of it because I was half asleep and I have a big dog. So I cuddled up with what I was assuming to be my dog and then I felt something cold and wet being pressed to my throat. I opened my eyes and it was Jeff with a knife. "Go to sleep!" He yelled and he raised his hand to stab me. I punched him in the face and he dropped the knife so I stabbed him in the leg and ran to Rob's room, on the way to his room I seen a lot of blood and I knew what I was about to see. I seen Rob stabbed to death in his bed, I went over and spit on his dead body. " Fuck you." I wispered " wow.. you really hated him. Mmhm you look good in your underwear Alex." Jeff says as he picks me up and puts me over his shoulder. I started screaming for him to put me down and he finally did. " Damn Alex there I put you down now quit screaming!" He said as he watched me get light headed. "Jeff. I'm gonna faint." I said while getting dizzy "what?! Why!?" He sounded consurned. I was about to respond to his question but instead everything went black and I fell to the ground. When I woke up I was in a white hoodie in some room I've never seen before. " Where the fuck?" I tried to get up but I had IVs in. " What the fuck is this?!?" I yelled. Jeff came running in. " Jeff what the hell?! " I said with a hint of fear in my voice. " Alex, okay don't freak out you passed out and the nurse here at the Slenderman mansion said you passed out because you're starving yourself and your body weight low." Jeff said as he layed a hand on my arm. " Jeff will you sleep next to me? I'm really tired and I have no clue where I am." I asked nervously "of course Alex." He said. The shirtless Jeff got in bed with me and we cuddled as we both fell asleep.
