The next morning

*Olivia woke up to the sound of her phone going off she reached for her phone * Benson, I'm on my way. She walked out of her room to see a sleeping Elliot she walked over to him and tapped his shoulder

*Elliots phone starts to ring and he responded with *I will be right there he hung up and got up off of the couch while Liv gets ready and Elliot runs to his apartment to get dressed on the way he picks up coffee for the both of them he pulls up just in time to see Olivia was just walking out of her apartment building. Olivia opened the door and sat down putting on her seat belt she turned to Elliot he had his hand up with the cup of the warm coffee and she thanked him

* At the precinct *

Olivia and Elliot walk in and are welcomed by Fin and Munch they walk us to our desk and talk about the new victim she is 23 years old and she was rapped in he apartment she had already got the tape kit done and there was a trace of semen they ran it through the data base but there was nothing they rounded up the usual suspects based on if it was personal or not as they looked closer to how the victim was raped it showed how the rapist was more remorseful than usual break in rapes so they asked the victim if she had anybody that we could call to bring for emotional support she then told us that she had a boyfriend so we picked him up and took him back to are precinct we started with the basic question where were you on March 1st last night he said that he was at home alone and the reason why he wasn't there with his girlfriend was hey had a little argument then Elliot and Olivia use that to there advantage so you we angry about the fight and you wanted to show her who's boss didn't you Olivia said why did you do Eliot said

They all decide to go out for drinks besides Cragen for there victory win.

The four of them find a nice both Olivia next to Elliot and Munch and Fin across from them they decide on nice cold beers to go along with the game on the tv hanging above Fin's and munches head's

It was getting pretty late so everyone decide to go home but Elliot and Olivia though that they would go back to his place for a nice meal and a movie

               * Liv's house*
They walk inside and feel an instant calming feel this was home Elliot though but he told him self to stop what ever happened in the cribs was an accident and I bet she feels the same way mean while Liv is cooking dinner and starting a movie Elliot watches her as she moves to her own beat while she cooks she doesn't even need music Elliot comes up behind her and asks her if she needed any help she see sure and handed him some red, yellow, and green peppers after he was done chopping them up he tossed them In The pan and waited for the food to cook. After they were done cooking they sat at the table to assemble the taco bowl with taco meat and peppers, salad and a choice of hots you wanted they took there assembled food and sat down watching the movie Olivia got up from her seat next to Elliot and went to the refrigerator she went straight to the freezer Elliot turned around from the movie and watched her she grabbed a bag out of the freezer and then went to her cabinet she had to stand on her tipy toes to reach it after she succeed grabbing two shot glasses she turned around with the items and returning back to her seat Elliot had paused the movie to see what she was planning she opened the brown bag and there was a big bottle of tequila and she pored the two little shot glasses full with tequila and handed one to Elliot, Elliot looked at her and asked her what they were doing she responded with a simple answer we're doing some shots Elliot didn't argue he slammed down the tequila and drank in one gulp as did Olivia. Elliot filled up the next round now they hit the glasses on the table before they to there drink then Olivia filled the next round they both looked at each other as they took this shot they quickly took the shot and looked at each other they moved closer and closer towards each other until Elliot was touching liv's thighs as they moved closer until there lips meet Olivia locked her legs around Elliot as Elliot grabbed her waist with one hand and the other hand on the side of her check
