sigh...
It's been days since that bird came. Maybe what I heard was just my imagination. I'll just forget about it.
I sit on the floor, doing some breathing excersises...
tik tok. tik tok. tik tok. tik tok.
aaaghh!!! annoying clock! I can't shake this feeling! I have to know where that bird came from! How annoying! I step outside and call out Sylvia.
"Rally 20 Casters, Sylvia. We're going to look for someone. But I need you to stay... Guard Eneru'Sha and the humans incase someone plans an ambush." I commanded.
"Yes, Enchantress" she replied.
This... will be a long journey...
"We'll go south... Where Undercity is. There were some sightings of Black Muris there."
hmm.. it'll take days to reach there with Muri. And weeks without it; but we're against A Shadow-caster, we'll have to conserve power...
"To Undercity, My Brethren!!"
2 days later...
This... this is impossible. How can the road to Undercity be destroyed?? But... I feel no mana here.
Maybe the Machines came here... but why destroy the road to Undercity?
I turn to my people to announce...
"We'll have to use Muri teleportation to get there in time" I announced. I will plant mana ahead. I'll call you when needed be. Camp here for the meantime" I said.
3 days later...
*pant* *pant* *pant* *pant*
F-Finally... I... made it. I'm dead tired. My power's depleted. I look at my fingers, they quiver. But I still have enough power... to.. plant the muri..
"muri... muri...!" I whisper. Damn it, my vision'z getting blurry. I look at my hands and see the spell working. Then I thrust the mana unto the ground.
haaah... I can feel it. I can feel the mana spreading. Now all I need to do is--
NO... GUAH!!
to be continued...
