We were walking. Where? Anywhere. This is how we usually spend our time. Walking, talking, eating, or making fools of ourselves. We've been there for each other through rough times. he is my best friend. Nothing could ever change. "Um.... Hey Melanie?" Nash asks. "Yeah?" I smile up at him. He looks worried. "What's wrong?" I ask. "Ummm... well..... Wow this is really hard" he says which makes me worry even more what's wrong what is it that is so hard to tell me. We can tell each other everything, So this must be really serious. "Well I've been thinking about this a lot I just wanna know that no mater what I say, we can still be friends right?" he asks. "Of course." I can tell he's still nervous "Nash what are you not telling me?" "Ok here goes nothing, look I...well I..." he tries to say. "Nash...." I stop and turn to him "just say it."
Nash's P.O.V.
"Just say it." she says. "Mel, that's the thing. I can't just say it it might ruin everything between us!" I shout. "Please" she pleaded as her eyes got glossy. I have to tell her. if I don't than I'll be the reason she cries. I hate seeing her cry or seeing her broken I just want to be there to take all of the pain away. So I can't be the one who causes it.
"Fine... I-I Love You!" I say loudly. she looks shocked.
Melanie's P.O.V

I stand there shocked looking into his eyes as his search for emotion in mine. I don't know how to respond. Yes, I do love him also. I have always had a really big crush on him. I just was too shocked to say anything. So I just turned away and started to walk. And he continued to walk beside of me. about a minute later I responded, "So... You Love Me?"
