Chapter 10

"I never should've said yes to Douglas."I said.

"But of course you did cause your idiot I don't why Mr.Davenport wanted you on the team cause your obviously not strong enough."Adam said.

"Adam shut up you don't want her destroying the place."Chase said.

I storm upstairs leaving fire marks behind.

"Rocky come out of your room Adam didn't mean it."Chase said.

I open my door with tears falling out of my eyes.

Chase starts hugging me and I cry on his shoulder.

"Just let it all out."Chase says.

"Chase just stop it."I say pushing him off of me.

"Why what's wrong?"Chase asks.

"Uh guys Big D needs us."Leo Says.

I dry my tears and run down to the lab.     

"What is it Mr. Davenport?"Bree asks.

"Rocky's dad is what." Mr Davenport.

"Dad stop calling here."I said pushing the button ending the call with my hands flaming.

"Rocky are you okay?"Mr.Davenport asks.

I turn around.

"Don't talk to me."I said walking upstairs.

"Rocky wa-."Adam Bree and Chase say.

"I said DON'T TALK TO ME!!!"I yelled hitting Adam with a fire ball.

"Whoa okay I think we better leave her alone before she destroys the place."Leo said.

"Or glitches."Mr.Davenport said.

"I don't glitch."I said.

"Say what? I mean your bionic chip doesn't work with your human nervous system."Mr.Davenport said.

" My dad programmed my bionic chip so where it can't mess with my human nervous system."I said walking upstairs.

"Wait what about Adam?"Leo asks.

"Oh he's fine."I said helping him up and packing up his wound.

I walk  up to my room and sit on my couch.

My phone starts ringing.

Chase listens in.

Rocky/Kate     

Hey Rocky.

Hey Katie poo.

What's up?

Nothing much.

So do you have a date to the dance?

Yeah I do.

Who is it?

It's Chase.

 Say what? OMG No way!!!!

Calm down Kate it's no big deal.

I hang up and open my door.

"Oh hey Rocky what's up?"Chase asks.

"Where you eavesdropping on my conversation with Kate?"I ask.

"What no."Chase answered.
