We had to contain him. How I feel as All Might the symbol of peace and like a father figure to this amazing successor, I feel like I've failed him somehow. I had to bring down my fist upon him enough to knock him out. We- I saw the quirk that suddenly came to be, yet I ignored the very clear signs that something was wrong. That maybe, just maybe, Midoriya could power through the many problems he's faced like before.
Nedzu the smartest hero we have on this case, has no clue as to why it has suddenly manifested. Claiming that maybe it was due to getting exposed at an early age to villain related attacks- stressing out his body more than it can keep up with. As a de-stressor, a cat quirk will suffice, cats are known for their laziness and being relaxed. It seems like a possible result.
But why his quirk has lashed out at an uncontrollable rate, we don't know.
I felt like my punch might have been too harsh at that given moment, it's been four days since then. We've gotten no leads on why this is happening, Aizawa has explained multiple times that class 1-A is overly concerned for their friend. Midnight is afraid that the worst has already happened, that we've been to late in trying to save him from himself.
Midoriya is kept in a large containment field, the bars are made of steal, the best we could get our hands on in such short notice of not knowing when he could wake.
The boy lays in a heap of his limbs. His arms cuffed together with quirk restraints- not as heavy as the ones given to me during the exams. The others put him in a black under suit, strong and stretchy, if something else were to happen.
Recovery Girl had the luxury of cleaning him up, just bandaging what needed it. Sighing when his cheek still held the marks he gave himself in his struggle the night it happened.
Midoriya has been on constant watch, from another room. The accident has struck many hero's with fear, this type of quirk mutation is unheard of, where a personality is drastically changed to the polar opposite while the original tries to come back.
A camera beeps detecting movement. Everyone there seems to hold their breath, watching through the many video feeds.
Midoriya blearily opens an eye, his green eyes are unfocused, pupils still turned to slits. The quirk repression handcuffs jangle as he begins to move, arms dragging against the cold floor in a limp like manner.
It seemed like he was coming off of drugs. Which he was, drugged out of precaution.
His clawed hands wracked across the floor, like nails on a chalkboard. His breath kept hitching, they could hear it through the sound system, his body was exhausted but his mind was not.
Mouth was agape showing off his sharp protruding canines, they could easily tear through flesh.
He was already built for combat, adding these kinda factors to him was quite dangerous. Not necessarily a high school student training to become a hero, but a living weapon.
A gurgle escapes his open mouth, it's not a pleasant sound. Like one would choke on water, gasping for breath, limbs now failing around as he's gasping in air.
He's suddenly on his knees, body tense and very much alert to all sounds.
A different camera angle shows his eyes blown wide. Glazed and non seeing.
Everyone is tense in the security camera playback room. Many murmur among themselves if someone should go in there, dually noted that Midnight or EraserHead should go.
Aizawa is picked, Much to his bargain.
Midoriya, still on high alert as Aizawa walks through one of the doors leading to his containment.
A low animalistic growl makes its way past bared teeth. His clawed hands grip tightly on the steel bars, turning white as the erasure hero moves closer.
Once Aizawa is kneeled by the large cage then does Midoriya's head lower, eyes gaining their focus again towards the ground.
Fat tears make their way down his roughed up cheeks. His face still held itself in a snarl.
His pale knuckles turning to their regular color as he lets go of the bars. Coming down to a relaxed position by his feet.
"Midoriya, are you with us right now?" His question was plain an simple, voice holding the slightest ounce of worry. Enough for his student to pick up on, which was a lot by that standard.
"Y- yes. It's... really hard." A sniffle interrupted him. "I... I-I'm sorry."
"All Might and I, we'll try are best to fix this." He contemplated bringing his hand out to ruffle the boys hair, that's what people did to comfort others right?
"Don't be sorry either.""Mr. Aizawa."
As soon as he said that his hand had laid atop the boys head. In an attempt at comforting this horrible quirk mutation.
Something was wrong, the way Midoriya had said that was different than the first sentence. It held a bit of seriousness to it.Without warning One For All glowed to life, indicating that his stockpile quirk had activated.
Barely being able to wretch his hand back and jump into a dodge, as the steel cage - quite literally got obliterated.
Blood dripped to the floor in tiny splashes. Midoriya's arm was also yet again obliterated, ugly purple bruises covered to the middle of his upper arm, he was steaming. An affect it seems, of his quirk.
From being in close proximity of the explosion, Aizawa could quite frankly only hear white noise. The sound of his ear drums trying to right themselves.
His wrappings flew out in the direction he'd seen Midoriya slumped over in. They grabbed his upper chest, wrapping around in a rushed manner.
Reeling him back.Aizawa got a good look at him this time, seeing notable changes. His eyes seemed much more narrower and slanted than before, his face in general to his mouth being slimmer despite them being drawn in a fine line, his nose a little more sharper, his jawline held a more sleek look, and his ears became a little elongated.
Interesting enough his dagger like nails some how became retractable. Not sure how that works.
Midoriya's lips moved into a tooth filled smile, you could practically feel his mad happiness when he spoke. His voice was oddly high pitched and scratchy, making some of the annunciation a little disorienting.
"HaVe YoU mEt My FrIeNd? He'S rEaL nIcE, i ThInK yOu'Ll LiKe HiM!"
What could that possibly mean. Oh boy did Aizawa sure get his answer.
A furred dark green tail lashed out from behind him, curling around his neck, tightening like a constrictor.
His wrapping released upon reflex. As did the tail that kept him from much needed air.
A swoosh noise signifying he'd speed dashed out, Midoriya was gone.
