Love is a sick game

I live alone, and yes it gets lonely. But I haven't been lonely yet. I'm in love with a boy in my high school. His name is Nick Thompson, I know everything about him. I know his favorite color, his favorite music, his blood type, everything. I want him, but he doesn't know me, and he's in love with another girl. Her name is Scarlet Layo, and she likes him back. I want to end her, I want to torture her, I want to kill her.

I'm going to admit, I do stalk both of them, but mostly Nick. I love to watch him with his family, I love to watch him interact with with things so that when I get to meet him I know how to interact with him. I only watch him for a few hours every day, but that's about it.

I have planned how I'm going to kill Scarlet Layo. It's simple but it's something that will let me be with Nick.

I'm going to ask her to meet me somewhere so she can help me study for an upcoming exam we have, good thing we have a class together. Once she gets there I'll find a perfect way to stab her in the throat, she'll be gasping for air, and it will make her suffer. Its perfect, its what she deserves. I'll find a way to dispose of the corpse, so don't worry about that.

After a little bit of watching Nick sleep, I went back home to sleep myself. The next day I started my plan.

Soon 5th Period rolled around, after class I caught up with Scarlet.

"Hey Scarlet, since your the only person in this classroom I really know the name of, I was wondering if we could study together, I'm having trouble with our subject." I asked nicely.

"Mmm yea, sure, when and where?" She replied.

"Well I'm always free, so how about today after school at my house?"

"Yea, that'll work, I'll be over as soon as I can."

"Okay, thank you!" I said smiling as we walked away from each other.

I smile formed across my face, I was so happy I could get rid of her! Nick will be all mine!

After school I lay down in my bed, thinking of how the situation would go. He would be upset his close friend died, but I would be there for him. He would soon fall for me, and we would be in love. Then we would get married, and have kids. Everything would be perfect.

The doorbell rang, and it ended my thoughts. I quickly ran downstairs and opened the door, Scarlet was finally here. I had everything set up and I knew what to say in order to act like I didn't understand.

"Lets go upstairs in my room, would you like me to get you anything?" I asked locking the door behind me.

"Hmm, I wouldn't mind some tea." She replied.

"Alright then." I said and led her to my room, "I'll be back in a minute with your tea." I replied and walked out of my room and headed downstairs.

Just to see which side she was facing I quietly went back upstairs and peeked in the doorway, she was sitting on the edge of my bed, which meant I couldn't sneak up behind her.

I went back downstairs and got her tea ready, I quickly got a little knife holder that goes around your ankle and I put a very sharp knife in it. I got her tea and went back upstairs. When I saw Scarlet I smiled and gave her the tea.

"I think we should actually go in the living room, I just realized that I wouldn't have any back support sitting on my bed." I said politely. She nodded and grabbed everything she had. I let her go first and we went downstairs together. We sat down on the couch and started my tutoring that I didn't need.

Soon it was time for her to go. Right before she opened the door I stopped her, "oh and one for thing before you go..." I said trailing off.

"Yea-" She said almost finishing getting cut off by me stabbing her in the throat.

"Don't love Nick, he's mine." I said pulling the knife out of her throat with blood spraying on me. She gasped for air but finally dropped dead on the ground. I looked into her eyes, they where dark and dead looking. I watched as the blood poured out of her throat and onto the floor. I smiled and started to laugh, I finally got rid of her! Now I can finally be with Nick forever.

But I heard a door open close to me. I turned to where I heard the noise. I gasped, Nick had crawled into my window.

"W-why... why did you do that?" He asked.

I smiled wide,"because I want you, I want to be with you forever. I did it so you would love me, she had a crush on you and I couldn't bear that." I said giggling a bit.

"Well, let's say I obsess over her to much and kinda watch her a lot, and you just made a huge mistake." He said back.

I smiled,"I've been doing the same with you, I've watched you everyday for hours, watching your every move, I know everything about you."

"You want me dead don't you?" I asked looking him in the eyes.

He nodded.

"If that's what you want darling, than do it" I said dropping my knife and smiling.

He smiled and ran at me, it felt like it was taking forever before I felt the impact into my heart.

"Is this what it's like to be heart broken?" I asked myself as I lay on the floor. I let out a tear as I stopped breathing. My heart stopped beating, and the last thing I saw was Nick looking down at me smiling before everything went blank.
