Ch 3: The Night He Stayed

Its been a few months since Taron and I started dating and its been amazing I couldn't ask for anything better. We couldn't be any happier then we are right now. He's been away filming his new movie called Eddie The Eagle and he comes back to London today and I'm going to pick him up from the airport today. I was getting ready I put on a big sweater and a nice pair of jeans and head out the door with my purse in hand. I was driving with a excitement in me I just can't wait to see Taron we still haven't said I love you to each other but if you looked at us you could tell that we love each other its shows in how we act when were with each other. I finally got to the airport and parked the car and got out of the car and now was waiting at the gate Taron to get off his flight. I waited for what seemed like forever but was only for like 30 minutes, Once Taron and I locked eyes it felt like we were the only two people in the airport. We ran to each and once we collided it felt like home in his arms. He looked at me and said " Oh darling I've missed you so much you have no idea." I looked at him with tears in my eyes and said " I missed you too like crazy." I kissed him and I never knew I could kiss with that much passion. We broke apart and we walked hand in hand out of the airport and to my car.

On the way home Taron told me all about filming from the cast to the gorgeous locations that he filmed it as I glanced over as he spoke I could see the passion for his career in his eyes. He noticed me glancing at him from time to time while I was driving home and he suddenly stopped talking about his experiences from filming and said " Now why are you glancing at me occasionally while your suppose to be paying attention to the road so we get over to your house safely." I blushed lightly and focused on the road as I told him " I was looking at you from time to time because I just happen to notice the way you get when you talk about your filming experiences." He chuckled and asked me " So how do I get when I talk about those things huh?" I replied with " I don't know how to describe it you just get this twinkle in your eye and your body language changes and its just so amazing to see when you talk about your career and how passionate you are about your job not a lot of people in the world get to experience that kind of passion in there work lives and I enjoy seeing it when it comes to your job," I focused on the road once more and when I glanced over quickly I could see that what I was saying is being processed. Once he processed what I told him I was pulling into my driveway. I put the car in park and we both got out of the car and I was still waiting for a reply from he about what I just told him Taron walked put to me and wrapped his arms around my waist and gave me a long slow kiss. We pulled apart and I put my hands on his chest and I said " What was that for?" He looked me lovely in the eyes and told me " That was for being such a amazing and caring girlfriend to me and being so understanding about my job." He kissed me once again before I could reply to his loving comment and I pulled away from the kiss with tears brimming from my eyes and told him " Why don't you stay the night its getting late and I want you here with me tonight I've missed you so much." As I finished saying I was full on crying. Taron just held me as I cried happy tears as he was holding me he whispered " I would love to stay here I also missed you and I want to spend as much time as I can with you to make up for our time apart." I smiled and wiped my tears as he got his bags out of the trunk.

I opened the door to my home and Taron followed closely behind me and set his bags down in the living room as I closed the door. I asked him what he wanted to do and he replied with " I just want to sit and cuddle you as we watch tv if that's ok with you?" I walked over and grabbed his hand to led us to the couch and we both sat down he understood that I was perfectly ok with what he suggested. We were wrapped in each other arms under a blanket while watching Parks & Rec. While we were enjoying each other company after so many months apart I heard his stomach rumble so I got up and decided to make some dinner. As I was making some rigatoni and chicken I felt Taron put his arms around my waist and I said " Why hello there I'm trying to make dinner." He nuzzled my neck and placed a light kiss on it and he told me " I know I just want to be close to you cause I missed you so much while I was gone I wish you could of gone with me." I turned the stove off and turned around and placed my arms around his neck and said " I know I wish I could've gone to but I had work and I couldn't be gone that long but I wish I could of trust me now please go sit down so I down mess up dinner." He nodded and gave me a light kiss on the lips as he walked away to sit on the couch and with that I focused on cooking once more.

I finished cooking around 9:00 and told Taron that dinner was ready and he helped me place our plates and drinks on the table. We sat there eating and we were talking about what we gonna go now that he was home for awhile. We talked, laughed. and ate as we enjoyed the company of each other. Once we finished Taron decided to help me clean the kitchen. I couldn't get over how much of a gentlemen he was and I loved it. As we were washing dishes he splashed me I yelled " Taron!!" he chuckled and while he was laughing I couldn't help but splash him right back and was so surprised he wrapped his wet arms around me and spun me around and we continued to do this for awhile till we actually got serious and finished cleaning. By the time we were done is was 1:00 in the morning and we were dead tired. We walked up to my bedroom and changed in separate rooms me in the bathroom and him in the bedroom. We both were done changing and got into bed facing each other and while we laying there falling asleep slowly I heard Taron whisper " God I love you Miranda." I was surprised by what he said and gave him a passionate kiss and he was shocked by my actions and before he could say anything I said " Taron Egerton I love you too."
