Chapter One.

I woke up to my phone ringing. It was my best friend Shae.

Me- Hello?

Shae- Happy Birthday!

Me- Shae, my birthday isn't for 2 days. Why the hell are you calling me this early?

Shae- Because I got you a really good present.

Me- Oooohh. What did you get me?

Shae- I can't tell you but pack your bags. Our plane to L.A. leaves tonight.

Me- We have a plane to L.A?

Shae- Yeah. That's part of your present.

Me- Alright. I guess I need to call work and ask off then. When will we be back?

Shae- A week.

Me- Okay. Thank you babe. For this present and whatever the rest of the surprise is.

Shae- You're welcome gorgeous. You deserve it.

Me- Awww! Bye babe. Love you.

Shae- Bye doll! I'll see you at 5 tonight. I'll pick you up to go to the airport. Love you.

She hung up. Wow. She has really outdone herself for my birthday. I wonder what the rest of the surprise is.

I packed my bags and got dressed in something comfortable.

I looked at the clock. It was 4. Then I realized I had forgot to call work. I called them and they said they would get someone else to cover me.

I made me some dinner and ate then I heard a knock on the door. I opened it and it was Shae.

Shae- You ready?

Me- Yeah help me with my stuff.

We carried my bags out to the car and we drove to the airport. We got on the plane and spent the next 5 hours on the plane.  When we got to the hotel in LA, I was so tired.

Shae- Lets just order take out.

We ordered takeout and went to bed. We slept in til 4PM the next day. Shae woke up first.

Shae- SHIT! TIA! wake up! We are gonna miss your next surprise.

I woke up.

Shae- Get dressed really hot.

Me- Like a dress?

Shae- Um... probably not a dress.

Me- Okay.
