A week is passed shivika didn't meet each other...

Shivay is sitting near pool staring nothing but it's looking like he is in deep thoughts .. After the temple incident he accept him as a Mad .. Something hurt him deeply .. his eyes are red and teary but when he close his eyes a smile capture his lips and tears start flowing from his eyes ..
A pair of eyes witnessing everything but can't do anything for him ..
Taking his drawing book from the couch he get up and left for his room .. he stop shouting and screaming in mid night ... it just darkness engulfed his heart in his dark ....
Aakash enter in Anika room with a plate of breakfast .. putting the plate beside bed he caresses her hair and kiss her forehead ..
Anika open her eyes and passed a smile and make her way towards bathroom .. Nothing change in her but the smile which is always play on her lips is faded ... Shivay's words still running in her mind .. she close her eyes and tears run down on her cheeks .. his fear his demand everything effect her specially his pain .. From the day she see his wounds her heart is paining ... his innocence affected her allot ... but she can't go against his dad she tried her best to forget him and she did .. his Chapter is closed in her life .. putting a good smile on her lips she come out from Bathroom wearing a white T-shirt and denim hot pants unknown the storm who is going to come in next few hours ... finishing her breakfast and after a sweet conversation with his dad she is about to left the house but stop hearing her father groan in pain ..
Aakash put his hand on his heart and start breathing heavily ..Anika run towards him and hold him but before she ask anything he get faint ..
At hospital ...
Anika is crying hard sitting on a chair .. doctors are checking her father after a hour they come out Anika run towards them and ask her father condition ..
Doctor - sorry mam... ur father condition is critical we need to do operation u need to pay 50 lakhs ..
Anika get a biggest shock .. she haven't this much money nor her father have .. she start running her mind but nothing come in her mind. After composing herself she look towards doctor and say - u start operation I am arranging money ..
Doctor - Sorry Mam but first u need to pay ..
Anika - listen please start operation .. I have no one in this world except my papa .. I promise I come back after an hour .. please ..

Tej - this paper says .. if after gaining his Mental stability back shivay wanna left you then he can .. u can't force yourself on him.... if he want to give you divorce you have no problem and if he lost his partial memory in process of gaining his memory back u are not gonna tell him that u r his wife .. and ur marriage is finish at that moment when he gain his Mental stability back ...
Hearing this her heart her soul both broke in thousand parts she is about to say no but her father face and his condition come in his mind she sign the papers with shivering hand ..
Tej call someone and at that moment he pay hospital fee ..he reached hospital with Anika ..
Both are waiting for operation to complete ..
After 5 hours doctor come out Anika rush towards them and ask - Kaise hai papa unhe his kab aayega ..
Doctor - Sorry to say operation is successful but ..
Anika - But what shout Anika make doctor shiver in fear ..
Doctor - he slip in coma ..
Listening this Anika taken back and fell on floor tej hold her and say - beta don't worry he gain his conscious back soon .. (trying to comfort her )
Anika - Thanks for payment sir Now tell when is Marriage ??
Listening her reply tej is hurt but he know he hurt her badly and use her vulnerable state when she need support he did contract for his son he is sure that shivay gonna fine soon bcoz of anika .. he too is hurt for putting the contract but he have no option if he didn't put contract anika get hurt in future by shivay ..
