"Roland?" asked Julia as she peeked behind the corner. There was a figure, but it was a white poodle. Julia could've sworn that there was a boy that looked exactly Roland standing by the poodle.
"Come here little puppy," said Julia. The white, fluffy poodle purred it's way over to Julia. Julia petted the little dog and looked at its tags. On one of the gold circles, there was Angel written in cursive.
"You must be Angel, " said Julia, "I must get back to my studies, so scoot." Julia walked away, but Angel followed.
"Oh fine, but just this once. Tomorrow, you are going to find your owners. We can work on posters tonight," Julia told Angel. Julia got to their trashy, puke green trailer home. Julia didn't have any friends, so she was hoping that no one would find Angel.
Julia opened the screen door and heard banging and clanging coming from her grandma's bedroom. She didn't want to disturb their privacy, so Julia took Angel into her room and locked the door.
"Now, sit," said Julia. Angel sat. "Good girl," said Julia while giving Angel a piece of GoldFish.
"Now, shake!" exclaimed Julia. Angel held out her paw to shake. Julia shook her paw and gave her another GoldFish. Julia was about to ask Angel to do another trick when the door opened.
"JULIA!" yelled her grandmother with half of her clothes on. Julia didn't ask. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HOME SO EARLY?"
"Grandma, it's six o'clock! I need to do homework," said Julia. Luckily, her grandmother was half blind and couldn't see the dog sitting still as a rock.
Julia's grandma went back into the bedroom but left the door wide open. Inside she saw her grandma and probably Frank sleeping together. Angel went to the screen door and whimpered to get out. Julia figured she probably had to go to the bathroom, so she let her out. Instead, Angel ran down to the Side N' Dine at the Trailer Park Gates. See a bunch of jerky boys, not including Roland, made fun of Julia daily for being the only student at Jefferson High to live in the trailer park. They named the gates to the trailer park the Trailer Park Gates.
"Angel!" called Julia, but it was too late. Angel was already begging for food from the man who was taking out the trash. Julia ran over to her.
"I am-m so s-sorry," studdered Julia when she saw the SIde N' Dine worker. He was cute, maybe even cuter than Roland.
"It's ok I like dogs," said the mysterious boy, "I better get going back to work. There's an old man that is willing to do whatever he can to make my job miserable. See you around Julia."
How does he know my name, questioned Julia. She followed him in with her eyes until she saw the old man he was attending to. That was Frank! And that wasn't her grandmother in the booth, it looked like a 20-year-old model. If it wasn't Frank her grandmother was sleeping with, then who was it?
