So while we driving to the party I see Darius and his homeboys in the next car.
"Hey loser why you followin me??" i scream out the window and we all start laughing.
"Let's race!! If i win you gotta dance wit me all night ma" Darius said with a wink. I hope Shayla didn't see that.
"Ok and if i win next time we all go to the club drinks are on you" i say with all the confidence in the world.
"Deal!!" As soon as he said that the light turned green and we took off. We were neck and neck but right before we passed the light before the party i eased my foot off the gas and he won. We hopped out and he starts jumping up and down and gloating.
"Oooohhhh so close buuttt almost doesn't count maybe next time." We laugh and he grabs my hand and takes me into the party. We grabbed a couple drinks and we made our way to the dance floor. The song Ride by Somo comes on and thats my jam. I turn my back on him and start grinding my ass on him and i can feel his grip tightening on my waist. He pulls me close and whispers in my ear.
"I know you let me win baby and im glad you did i wouldn't have lasted tonight seeing you and not being able to have you in my arms." he continues holding my waist and i can't help but to smile. I look over and see Shay just staring so i walk to the bar where she's standing.
"What's wrong babygirl??" i ask her while grabbing a drink from the bartender.
"So you're dancing with Darius you know i like him and yall flirting and stuff?? Some Bestfriend you are!!" she puts her drink down and storms off.
"Wait a minute!!" I go after her. "You saw me lose that race i have to dance with him all night that was the deal!!" I say trying to cover up the fact that i let him win.
"Oh whatever Ashley!!" She rolls her eyes. I dont think she's mad about that though i think it might be much deeper than a dance.
"That's not why you're mad its something different. You wouldn't get this pissed over a silly bet so what is it Shay huh!? WHAT IS---" I got interrupted by her pressing her lips against mine. I pulled away so fast. "Bitxh i dont know if you had too much to drink but you bout .5 from me mollywhoppin the shxt outta you!!"
She steps back and starts to cry. "Ashley i love you ok thats why i was worried about where you were all night and thats why i didnt want you dancing with Darius."
Now thats my Bestfriend but a niggah has boundaries. "Naah bruh you just violated so many rules right now. Find a ride home and don't hit me up either." I walk back into the party and look for Darius i see him standing right where i left him but with some other bitxh grinding on him!! That just got me so heated. I text his phone then leave and hop in my car.
*text message*
ItsAshDuhh: hope you like that ass on yo lap go to hell!!
I put the key in the ignition and put the car in drive i look up to see Darius at my window!!
"Ashley!?" Without missing a beat i slam on the gas and take off.
Sorry i haven't updated in a while a lot has been going on but ill be on every now and again.
