Chapter 2: The Mark √

Dominic's POV.
It didn't take as long as I thought it would to reach our destination. We had taken a plane to Oregon. Viva wouldn't stop bugging me about it, but I didn't mind. She was the very last thing on this planet, I wanted to lose. She was my mate, my family, and my lover.

I watched her stare out the window for a few minutes, then turned to face the front.

We went to the hotel that I booked for us. My heart beated quickly in my chest once all the luggage was in the room. Viva and I walked up to our room.

I planted a kiss on Viva's lips and she moaned with love, tugging on my shirt collar. I bit her bottom lip, making her open her mouth. My tongue slipped in and played with hers, making my heart shatter when she touched it.

Her hands worked up underneath my shirt. I let out a low growl, warning her what was going to happen if she kept it up. I guess she thought I was threatening her, but I wasn't.

Her small hands reached my chest, and I was done. I shifted our positions, making my back lay on the wall. She rubbed my abs slowly, causing me to hunger for more.

She continued to rub my stomach while I crashed my lips against hers. I couldn't hold it in. I laid my hand on hers. I was dying for this moment. I pulled her close, and she wrapped her legs around me. I was ready to begin it, but I knew she probably wasn't ready.

"Mate...with me...Dom," Viva purred. I continued to kiss her. She said she wanted to do the mating process, but I felt hesitant. "Please...I want...this," she begged. I couldn't hold back now. It was my chance to claim what was mine.

I laid her on the bed and crawled on. She looked at me with pleading eyes. I pulled our chests together roughly and kissed her. My wolf howled with joy.

Viva's POV.
My heart paced while Dom kissed me. He was ready to mate with me. Amber purred, and I wrapped my arms around his neck. My life was complete. Amber wanted to push to the surface and slide us closer to Dominic. My heart pounded; I wanted this; I wanted to fully mate with him. Dom pulled off his t-shirt.

I rubbed his stomach, and he lightly purred, his wolf trying to take control. Amber finally got past the point where she took control of my body.

Dom slid his hands up under my shirt, all the way up to my bra. He pulled my t-shirt up with them. He picked me up a little and laid me across the bed, him laying over top of me.

He pulled my shirt off, exposing my upper body, and he growled possessively. My heart stopped when Dominic unclipped my bra, pulling it off slowly.

Dominic's POV.
I slipped Viva's bra off, showing her whole upper body. Her heart skipped a beat as I did so. She placed her hand on my bare chest, slowly lowering it. It touched my abs, causing Aron to flip out. My hand touched her side lightly. It worked its way up to her exposed chest.

I did it gently, so I wouldn't hurt her. She pulled at my shoulders, trying to lower me. I did as she requested, lowering my body kissing her soft lips, making her wolf jump in excitement. Our chests touched as I pulled her back up toward me.

I caressed her side lovingly, while she wrapped her arms around my neck and legs around my waist. It was perfect. I wanted this, I wanted Viva. My life was controlled by one master: her.

Viva pulled away, staring at me, a grin forming on her lips. I cocked my head slightly.

"What is it, Baby?" I questioned.

Does she not want to do the mating process after all? Aron whined, he thought that she was punishing us for not doing it sooner.

Viva rubbed my shoulders, relaxing my tensed figure. Her head went to my neck kissing it lightly, when she raised the kiss up my neck, she paused at my ear.

"You didn't do it right," she said lowering her head to look at me.

I felt so confused at her words that my inner wolf and me were dying. I sat up on the bed, staring at the ground.

Viva sat up with me. She slid her chest across my back and to the other side of my neck. She tried to kiss it roughly, but came out sweet, gentle, and passionate. I glanced down at her slightly.

My heart stopped when she almost bit into my neck, but catching herself before she did.

She kissed my neck one last time before laying back down on the bed. Trying to cover most of the upper part of her body, she looked at me.

I laid down beside her for a moment, then got on top of her. She looked at me with a mischievous grin. I kissed her neck roughly, letting her know that I knew what she was talking about.

Moaning, Viva wrapped her arms around my neck, where they are supposed to be.

Viva's POV.
The next morning, I woke up to see Dominic staring down under my neck. I glanced down, only to my exposed body. I tried to cover myself, but Dom just grabbed my arms; holding them in place over my head.

His eyes shifted to a coal black color. My heart beat quickly. He looked at me worriedly, wondering what was wrong. I released my wrists from his grip, and wrapped my arms around his neck. Giving me a warning, I kissed him.

Our bare chests touched each other, and Dom pulled me close. I paused and glanced at him. He looked like he was ready to attack at any given moment.

"What's wrong, Dom?" I asked. He stared at me.

I opened our mind link, and he told me, Someone's outside. Put one of my t-shirts on. Now!

I did as he told me. But I also never removed my eyes off the door. I slipped on a bra and put one of Dominic's t-shirts on. He watched me carefully, glancing at the door every once in a while. Then he snapped his gaze back to me.

When I returned to him he was making his way to the door, pulling on a shirt. I bit my bottom lip, as he opened the door.

There stood two teenage girls and 5 boys. Dom motioned them in, and they quickly made their way inside. The girls looked at me with pleading eyes.

One look from Dom told me something was wrong. But he didn't tell me anything. He just watched the boys with a cautious look. Something told me that they knew each other.

But, I might have found that out at the last minute.
