I'm sorry that my drawings aren't very good, i'm trying to make them as close to the original art style as Lookism and i'm not good at drawing anyway.
"What did you say?", Kang-min growled into the phone, his fingers clenching around it tightly enough that you could hear it creaking. Taking a deep breath to control himself, his tensed shoulders relaxed into the dark hoodie he wore, hair moving with the wind. The sunset making the shadows on his face more prominent.
"I'll be right there", shutting his phone off, he quickly rushed towards the junkyard where abandoned buildings lay unfinished and trash litters every inch of the area, a place he frequents often. It was also close to the café that Jace worked at.
Disregarding the way people of all ages cluttered the streets, with the fast pace he was using his destination was drawing near. Civilisation seemed to be a distant memory as he couldn't see anybody around him, just animals and trash.
He could, however see Jace holding onto Vasco, being supported by two others members of the Burn Knuckles gang, Kang-min calls out to them to gain their attention. Heads snapping up at the sudden noise, he could faintly see their relieved expressions.
"Hyung!", Jace sighs, his hold on Vasco almost slipping, muscles slightly straining at the heavy weight. Kang-min shoots towards Vasco, taking the mass off of their shoulders, they let out a huff.
"We're going to my place", Kang-min states, carrying Vasco in his arms, his weight hardly a bother.
'Thank goodness it's close', he thinks to himself.
A strange sight they must be, the group gathering a lot of attention from people, regardless they ignore them. The people flinch at the glares they receive.
Kang-min and the others arrive at a closed shop, the garage shutters pulled down and the second story lights are left on.
"Jace, can you get the keys from my backpocket?", Kang-min questioned, his keys jingling in response.
"Sure", Jace answered, reaching down and grabbing the numerous amount of keys Kang-min had.
"Which one?", Jace asked, looking warily at the keys. He still got confused in which one was for what.
"The one that has a picture of a wrench on it", was Kang-min's reply.
Taking the key, Jace unlocked the door to the garage, his fingers slightly fumbling with it. He pushed the door open, the place was clearly a mess with random tools on the floor and puddles of oil staining the ground.
Deftly moving around the normal sight, Kang-min hurried up the stairs that occupied the wall on the right, concentrating on not tripping over his own feet while going up, even when Vasco's weight beared down on him.
He swiftly moved into the living room, the countless numbers of papers resting on every piece of furniture catching the notice of the guests that followed Kang-min.
Slipping Vasco onto the black leather couch, Kang-min makes his way to the kitchen, his steps creating a lot of noise on the white tiles. Searching through the cabinet marked as 'for injuries', he grabs some bandages and dressing for Vasco's face. Putting those things on the counter, he takes a few broken pieces of ice from his fridge, the cold making his fingers tingle.
Wrapping the ice in some cloth, he walks towards the couch holding the items in his arms. He places them on the small coffee table and begins working on fixing Vasco's nose, letting the ice do its work in bringing the swelling down. He then applies the dressing, gently pressing it on and carefully watching Vasco's face for any signs of discomfort.
Covering the middle part of his face with bandages, Kang-min grins at his finished work, proudly, completely forgetting about the guests he had.
"Thanks", Jace said, startling Kang-min out of his concentration and making him jump.
"No problem", he replied, fondly looking at Vasco.
A few hours had passed since Jace and the others left his home and Kang-min was left to take care of Vasco.
'How many times do i have to fix you up?', Kang-min thought, glancing at Vasco affectionately, watching the way his chest moved with his breathing.
While waiting for Vasco to wake up, Kang-min occupied his spare time with drawing on the many papers he had. The only sound he could hear was the scraping of his pencil and the breathing of his friend, sleeping on the couch.
Working on finishing his drawing of his friend, the rubber shavings getting in the way while he adjusted the mistakes. He heard an unexpected groan, surprising him, Kang-min quickly flipped the page of his sketchbook to a different drawing. He let out a sigh of relief at the close call, hastily standing up to check on Vasco, he saw him looking around wildly, eyes wide and clutching his injured nose.
"H-hyung?", a confused noise came from Vasco.
"Don't get up so suddenly", Kang-min said, his voice tinged with vexation.
Vasco huffed, lying back down on the couch with his tattoed arm crossed over his eyes.
"Jace called, said you passed out while fighting", the red-head bluntly said, not bothering to ask about the incident.
"Can i stay the night?", The suggestion slightly perplexing Kang-min, yet he didn't bother to question it.
"Sure", was his immediate reply.
The night was quiet, yet the sounds of crickets chirping and the wind delivering the rustling of leaves, were the only thing Vasco heard. He was sleeping in another room, the walls a plain colour (cream), the soft bed doing no justice to his tired but awake mind.
"The newbie...", he thought out loud, nose aching, his knuckles turning white as his fingers clamped down on the light blue bed sheets.
'I have to be stronger!'
