~One choice can transform you~
~Sometimes you got to get rid of all the bullshit in your life, and just focus
on the things that make you a better person~
Candor, Abnegation, Dauntless , Amity, and Erudite.
Society is divided into five factions, each dedicated to the cultivation of a particular virtue, you have to belong into one and only one faction.
Candor: The honest, the value honesty, they always tell the truth, even when you wish they didn't. And because of all this they are usually Lawyers and Judges.
"Truth makes us transparent. Truth makes us strong. Truth makes us inextricable."
Abnegation: The selfless, they care for everybody, they live a simple life, they even feed the fictionless, the ones that don't belong anywhere, because they are so selfless, they are trusted to run the government.
"I choose to turn away from my reflection, to rely not on myself but on my brothers and sisters, to project always outward until I disappear."
Amity: The peaceful, they are all about kindness, they love to be happy, they love to sing, and they are usuallyfarmers and artists.
"Give freely, trusting that you will be given what you need... Do not be angry. The opinions of others cannot damage you... The wrong is past you. You must let it rest where it lies... You must no longer think cruel thoughts. Cruel thoughts lead to cruel words, and hurt you as much as they hurt their target."
Erudite:the intelligent,they know everything, they value knowledge and intelligence, they are usually a teacher or scientist.
"Ignorance is defined not as stupidity but as lack of knowledge. Lack of knowledge inevitably leads to lack of understanding. Lack of understanding leads to a disconnection among people with differences. Disconnection among people with differences leads to conflict. Knowledge is the only logical solution to the problem of conflict. Therefore, we propose that in order to eliminate conflict, we must eliminate the disconnection among those with differences by correcting the lack of understanding that arises from ignorance with knowledge."
And Dauntless: the brave, they are crazy and love to have fun, they protect the city and are know as the police or the protectors of the city.
"We believe in ordinary acts of bravery, in the courage that drives one person to stand up for another... We believe in shouting for those who can only whisper, in defending those who cannot defend themselves."
The factionless: There is one more group that is not part of the social classes or factions. They are the people who failed to complete their initiation into whatever faction they chose and live in poverty, doing the work no one else wants to do. Examples: janitors, construction workers and garbage collectors.
Everything works, everybody fits somewhere.
Except for a Dauntless born named Harry, Harry Styles.
A/N Okay everybody this is my first story, so please don't be rude, its based on Divergent by Veronica Roth. But i'll be adding some of my own, it will be a Harry Styles story, they other guys will be on it to, but it will be mainly about harry's life.
