Chapter 1
All I saw was flashing lights and sirens. I look across at my best friends Austin who was lying there almost lifeless.we had gotten in a car accident and we're stuck in the car.
Austin's face was full of blood and and I clould't imagine how my face looked like.
I tried to get out of the car but i was stuck and I had to much pain. The other car crashed into Austin's side of the car.then another car lost control and crashed into my side. I basically had metal inside of me.
I feel the medical people trying to pull us out but we were stuck. And then it all turned black.
I woke up at the hospital family all around "you're awake!" I heard my sister scream. Where is Austin? Is he okay? Was the only thing on my mind. The doctor came in . He seemed distressed. "Can I talk with her alone." He said to my family "sure" my father said and they want out. I was shaking, I knew that it was something about Austin. "Sorry,but your friend didn't make it to the hospital, he died! on the way here"

My only guy best friend. I couldn't stop the tears from falling "it's even a miracle that you're alive! The impact of the should have killed you. You are Like an angle" the doctor told me. "It's like you've been given a second chance. A second chance. A second chance for what?!
I fell asleep for about an hour and then I woke up. It feels like the whole thing was a dream unfortunately it was real. As I'm waking up I hear a voice calling my name. It sounded a lot like Austin. I'm pretty sure I was hallucinating, but i see him sitting on a chair next to me. " every thing is gonna be alright baby girl, I promise" he says
As I go to hold his hand he disappears. I really needed him. Especially at this time.
