Hello every one, Sorry it's been a really long time But...School has started again So I've hadn't had time to Work on my story.
this chapter is for Kaala-Smallteet. They Kind of kicked my butt in to working on this chapter :) I hope Ya'll all like it and please tell me your thoughs on it :)
I don't remember how i ended up in my den or how it got trashed. Yet i do remember the feel of the blade as it touched my skin.How my hands fell freely to my side as the rope was cut from them. I remember the way Tony looked at me one last time before the pack turned on him. How The Luna's scream as she tried to save her only son.How the Alpha killed his only son with out even a second thought.I Remember the pain in my chest as i saw the light faid from his eyes. The way I screamed at the pack and shifted to my wolf. I recall the way i charged at the Alpha as he let go of tony's neck. I relive the very moment my teeth sunk into his throat and his heart sent blood flying on to my fur.
I lay on the floor of my den with my hands covering my face. The Alphas blood has dried and has left a red tint to my pale skin. Why did he have to kill Tony and why did i have to kill him. Tony wasnt my Mate and i wasn't even really part of his pack yet my connection with him made it difficult to let him go.
The Luna enters my den slowly. Her golden hair is a mess and her eyes are red from crying. " yes, Luna?'" I ask her. "The packs wants you dead....." I look in to her red eyes. My throught tightens when i see tears slowly falling. "Have you come to kill me" I question. "No sage, i haven't.....even if you did kill my mate, I have a little respect for you. You only did what was right. You killed your enemy after he hurt your pack." I feel My Wolf growl. " I HAVE NO PACK" The Luna Steps back.I can See her wolf Sumit to me. I suddenly fell a power like never befor. "Who am I really Star." My voice becomes harsh ."And why did I Feel conected to your son, Why was he the Only one i cared about in the fucking Pack?!" My Wolf Is Ferious. She wants Control and Ansewers, She demands Answeres. The Luna Steps Back her Voices has become small."Tony wasn't the Alpha's son.....He was the son of an Alpha that has no pack.....The Alpha of the once strong Moonlight Pack." She looks up at me "He was part of your true pack, you and him were brother and sister..."
I back away from the old Luna. How could she lie to me like this. I don't have a pack, I don't have a family. How could she lie to me."Sage ," She says. " I'm not liying to you.Believe me...sage you and Tony were supost to be a Luna and an Alpha." My wolf Is angry, I can feel her coming to the surfes. "Star tell me what i want to know before --" I don't even finshes what i was going to say. I look in to stars eyes and see my wolf. I see her white fur and multie color eyes. I've never even talked to my wolf but her she was showing me the past and who I really am. I see my family laying dead and my father is not with them. His gone but not dead.
"Star....why my father? " she looks at me" beacuse My wolf wasn't truly the alphas mate....she passed away along time ago dearing a pack raid. So he took me as his second Mate and killed mine. My wolf regected his pups and killed them from the inside out. My body wouldnt let them grow ....so i always had still born pups." I can feel star slowly start to sit up. My wolf again flashes her fangs. " Stay down star " I hear her say. " I would roam around the edge of the territory and just wait patently for a rogue wolf to come so I could beg for it to kill me. A rogue wolf did come. He was the most beautiful wolf I'd seen in a long time. His black cote shined and looked like it had stars in it. and his blue eyes looked so sad and like he needed someone. He would come often and I found myself wanting him. We mated only once after Dexter forced his self on me. And I only saw him one more time after that. it was close to your den. He didn't go in but he looked at you as you slept . The way he did made me want to leave with him. but before I could ask to run away with him he left and never came back." Star stayed close to the ground. " It's time for you to leave Sage. The pack will hunt you down and it will not be a far fight if they catch you" I look at her and walk to the opening of my den. I shift for the second time to day. My wolf shakes herself and bolts. I feel as if my feet never hit the ground. I reach the edge of the pack fast than I ever thought I would. At this moment I turn back and see the hell hole that I'm leaving far behind me. I'll never come back to this place I say to myself. I can hear the pack mates running towards me. they are far but not far enough. As I take the final step out of the packs territory I hear the Luna's Howl. It low and filled with sadness. I plant my feet firmly into the dirt and fill my lungs with the fresh air and let out a howl that stops the hole pack in its tracks. The Howl is my call and final words to the pack.
